The food and service was great. We ordered the lobster bisque and chowder...we shared the two-piece fish and Chips. It was great how they divided the servings to make two plates. Highly recommend when in town. Good value

It was a bit busy when we arrived, but our server was friendly and competent. I ordered the halibut, which is expensive but tastes excellent (after adding lemon and a bit of salt).The salad was a touch small, but since it was included as one of two side items it was acceptable. It tasted good, and I liked the vinaigrette. I liked the carrots cut into flowers - a cute touch.My father-in-law enjoyed his shrimp, and they packed a lot of them onto the skewers.I would definitely come back - the portions looked a bit small on the plate to me, but in the end they were actually just right.

Everything we ordered were cooked to perfection esp the lobster bisque for our starter and the crab cake filled mushrooms (something like that) was fresh from the oven and melts in our mouth every bite of it. The server was really nice and friendly.

Had the most welcoming experience here, such a nice little family owned restaurant! Extremely great service…Family of five with three kids sometimes can be challenging to dine in a restaurant… but when we went in here, we were greeted happily right from the beginning. They provided everything we needed for our family to relax and enjoy the food, enough space for kids and our belongings, extra cutleries, extra side dish, even extra sauce and snacks for kids. Cups of kids drinks had adorable hand drawings they admired, and kids menus were fair and reasonable. Foods were not heavily salted or peppered which was perfect for family with kids. Seafood dishes were delicious for us, pasta, gratin, fish and chips. Kids had fun drawing and coloring while waiting for foods. Such a nice place to dine with kids in parksville!After eating here, kids said they wanted to move to Parksville because they liked the place so much :) Will be definitely our place to go again every time we are visiting this town.

The service was excellent but most of the food we ordered was horrible, worse than cafeteria food. We had: jambalaya chicken bowl, almond crusted ling cod, crab cakes, lobster bisque and kids fish and chips and chicken nuggets. The bisque was lovely abd the kids meals good but all the others horrible. Do not order or be very disappointed. Jambalaya bowl chicken was over cooked and super chewie! Aty next visit in Parksville I'll avoid this restaurant!

This has got to be the BEST seafood restaurant in Parksville. The fish and chips were cooked to perfection, and the shrimp pasta was sooo good, and locally made draft beer! We went on a super busy day, and the service was top notch. They were clearly understaffed but that didn’t stop them from doing a great job. We did have to wait for a few minutes for a table(which is expected at such a busy restaurant) but as promised we got the first one available. The table was across from the kitchen, and the dishes that came out looked amazing. The restaurant, including the bathrooms was very clean. If you want a great experience, this is the place for you. We will be back the next time we come through. 5 stars Aiolis! Great job.

My first time there was today, had the baked Snapper au gratin (the tempura asparagus and butter nut squash was also very delicious) and crab cakes for appetizers. Not sure why this place only gets 4.2 stars, the food was excellent, staff was very friendly and when you consider that a cheese burger and fries is almost $20 these days paying only $22 for the baked snapper was a bargain. I will be going back there for sure! The table next to us said they go there often and all the food is great.Go try it for yourself and I'm sure you will become a regular too.감사합니다

Will give this place a 3.5 star.Decor is pretty as the restaurant depicts a wonderful theme. Service was good. Food was good; the tuna was a bit overcooked. The seafood pasta was okay. Think if you stick with the fish you should be fine.

Just had one of my best seafood meals in BC. My family and I ordered and shared several dishes so I had a chance to experience many different types of seafood and cooking styles. Every single order we had was great with the pan seared red snapper taking top spot and then their halibut dish. The seafood mix platter was absolutely amazing too :) the red shrimps were fresh and the lobster was very tender. We also ordered halibut and chips and I vouch for their batter as being one of the best and least greasy I ever had. We finished our meal with a toffee cake and their New York cheesecake. The toffee cake was actually amazing as it was served hot with a good drizzle of toffee and chocolate sided with ice cream to cool it all off. We all truly enjoyed our meal and would definitely rate at 5+ stars if possible. Thank you Aioli :)
