I saw Dr. Dugas for the first time after fearing the worst as I am a total chicken at the dentist...well I am so happy I went finally, because she is super smart and knows her stuff - even made me feel at ease about the horror show I created (re my tooth) in my mind. hahaha The staff is very nice and chill as well! No worries about visiting this office in future

I was so thoroughly impressed. This was only my second ever root canal and my first one was not a great experience. Natalie and her staff are amazing. I felt cared for, everything was fully explained and I just felt secure in her knowledge and expertise. The worst part of the experience was getting the needle (very back tooth). Even more amazing was the whole procedure was done in 55 mins! If I ever have to have another root canal I hope Natalie and her team will be doing it! Great job!

Dr Dugas has very bad temper she literally made me feel miserable. She doesn’t have patience to explainShe ruined my tooth 26, the root canal done by her after 2 years had infection. My family dentist was surprised to see her bad work. After back and forth calling to her office about it & asked for compensation, she offered to pay only half of the amount. This is the horrible truth about this dentist

$500 fee if your late more then 10min, got stuck behind a plow and showed up 15 min behind a 8am appointment that they had last minute rescheduled the day before. No concern for our time or money, only for hers.I recommend the other guy in town or driving out of town for service after being told from multiple other endodontists that this is not a standard fee and she's just exploiting people who are in need of health care.

Never got to see the doctor, they require a credit card! I have Veterans benefits and my wife does too. They expect $1000's cash up front. Don't bother asking if you don't have a credit card or money up front. In these times asking a person to come up with that kind of money is just completely wrong. Like saying who cares if your tooth is going to fall out!

Dr. Dugas and her assistant were very thorough with the procedure, and made me feel so comfortable! I could of slept through my root canal!The office is very clean and well decorated!You dont even feel like youre in a dental house!Receptionist was very kind and welcoming!Thanks again ladies

After almost a year of a problem root canal tooth that was redone twice by dentist, I was very nervous about going in and opening it back up again. the consult was very informative and Dr. Dugas explained several things it could be. My second visit was also great where she thoroughly cleaned and examined the tooth to make sure there was no crack or missed root. Because I had been dealing with this tooth issue for a while, she did an antibiotic paste and temp filling to make sure the tooth settled and there was no more pain. After 3 days, i was finally pain free (after almost a year of pain) I completed my last appt about a week ago and received a permanent filling. This time after only about a day and a half the tooth was healed and pain free from the work. I can finally chew on that side without any issue and it's almost like I never had any issue. Really great work and very thorough. Would absolutely recommend !

I've been here three times, for 3 different problem teeth. Staff is super friendly and kind and they are very thorough at explaining the assessment, procedure, risks, and results. They charge higher than my plan covers, but the quality work is worth it to me.The most comfortable chair to sit in the waiting room is the beige one nearest the washroom.

It was my first time at Sudbury Endodontics and I had a fantastic experience. Dr. Dugas was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. She explained everything in a clear manner and took time to answer all my questions.She and the staff created a welcome and safe environment and it was clear that they all understood the importance of developing a patient relationship based on trust and respect.I highly recommend Dr. Dugas and I can’t say enough good things about her and the team at Sudbury Endodontics.
