Very bad customer service I've been waiting almost 2 months for a refund. Still haven't been provided with a refund ticket number or money. When ever i call answer is don't worry you will get it or it has been processed please wait. Been waiting for about 2 months. Ordered 2007 bmw 335i clutch and didn't get right clutch and now still haven't got refund. DON'T SHOP HERE!

I have a 2005 Saab and it's difficult to find reasonably priced parts in Canada. And with USD conversion, shipping, and duties, buying from the US is no longer cheap. Metro Auto Parts came through for me very quickly and for a great price. Thanks!!

First of all .... For the folks here rating metro 1 star ..... You probably didn't give the right part number , second the parts Are quality ,third Colin the owner is one of the most serviceable people I've had the pleasure of meeting..I only buy parts from metro... I am a frequent customer for parts that are affordable for both my Honda Civic and my dodge caliber I have not an an issue since!

Bought a head lamp here and it didn't fit despite multiple assurances that it would, so I returned it. I got a receipt for the refund which should have been paid a week ago (he asked if he could pay at the end of the month, and I agreed). Still haven't seen my refund. I have called several times, but have not received a dime. DO NOT SHOP HERE!
