Love Heronview R&N! This place has everything under one convenient roof - supplements, toys, food, treats - there's even a groomer and doggie swimming pool all in the same building! I have to give a huge shout out to Brittany though - she is simply amazing!! The level of care and concern she puts out there is incredible. She genuinely wants the best for your pup and will customize a plan that fits your dogs dietary needs. Picky eaters welcome here! I personally got to the point where my Doxiepoo pup was turning his nose up to other popular raw brands. I was determined not to cave and move to kibble as I knew raw was best for him. When I met Brittany, she immediately put my mind to ease, she devised a plan that was inexpensive to get me started, and she allowed my pup to sample some of the food to see what he would like! I could go on and on, but I highly recommend Heronview - Lori and her team are great. You won't be disappointed, and your pup will be better off for it!

The absolute best place to buy raw food for your dog or cat! Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and the sheer variety of food is amazing. Lori, the owner actually took time with me to discuss the proper diet for Buddy ,my Malinois, before I placed my order. The prices are also excellent and they even cut food into frozen cubes which makes it very easy to feed your dog. Photo says it all! My Portuguese water dog since a pup has always had issues with kibble from hardly wanting to eat it to giving him a very upset stomach and ear infections.. We've tried many brands and flavors, It was exhausting...Since changing to Raw, my pup is excited for meals and makes sure he lets me know it's time to eat! His stomach has been much better and his ears.Brittany has been a huge help with getting us on the right meal plan and what is best for my pup!Thank you Team Heronview!!

We have a boxer mix puppy who has allergies and Brittany has been working with us to find the right food choices. The customer service is excellent and the food quality is great. Cartier loves her raw food and all that of the dehydrated treats. We have even bought supplements and toys from them. A full service dog food store. I highly recommend talking to someone at Heronview if you want to feed your dog raw or are thinking of it. Heronview is a local business for us and they support local farmers to get their products!

I came here for the first time a few days ago knowing nothing about feeding raw but wanted to learn more and get my 1.5 year old petite golden doodle on a raw diet. Kay helped me out and was very attentive, knowledgeable, kind, and professional. She got my pup to start with a week of raw turkey first, and my pup has loved it so far, she finishes her food in 30 seconds, no joke lol. Only reason why I'm not giving 5 stars was because my dad was waiting outside the store with my pup as dogs aren't allowed inside, but my pup saw the company dog inside and got excited to say hi so she started barking. As soon as I stepped foot in the store, another female worker who was at the front didn't say hi or welcome or anything, she just said in a rude tone can you at least move your dog from the window if they're gonna be screaming like that" which I found very rude

Has been our raw dog food supplier for a couple years now. From the initial consultation to the biweekly orders, we've always had a great experience! Switching to raw was one of the best decisions we ever made for our dog. Heronview made the transition easy and painless.We also recently rescued our second dog and she will be going on raw as her older brother.

Been buying my dogs food from here for years. Always had a great experience. Staff are knowledgeable and take the time to listen. They have a variety of different meats as well as supplements, treats, etc.If you are interested in feeding your dogs or cats raw this is the place for you! You can shop in store or order online and pick up (they even bring everything to your car). I believe they deliver on set days as well.

Super cool place to buy raw food. So much variety, knowledgeable and friendly staff.10/10 recommend.
