Surrey Urgent and Primary Care Centre

Really bad service, the are the worst in customer service. I was told to have a seat by their receptionist and I waited for more than an hour. She was checking everyone and registering them as well whoever was coming after me. She just left me on the side and then she came to me and said we can’t help you. She should have told me before. Really rude staff. They were telling all the patients to go to emergency so that they don’t have to get so busy.

This is the best walk in clinic , i have ever been to. The staff is so polite . Waiting time is very reasonable as well. Nurses checked vitals before i saw the doctor . Everything was handled very efficiently. Thank you much everyone , who helped me today. :)

I had the most amazing experience here. After over a week struggling with a swollen ankle with no answers I finally got the attention I needed for resolution. The nurses are beyond amazing, so friendly and you could tell they genuinely care. The wait time is what is expected. Download a movie on your phone and you’ll be fine. The doctor was also amazing. Didn’t just brush me off and pushed forward for more testing. I couldn’t recommend this clinic any more!

It used to be a good clinic. Wait times used to be reasonable. I just overheard a nurse discussing a patient with a doc openly outside of this clinic as I'm sitting here waiting for my friend who is the patient" inside. I guess there's no such thing as patient confidentiality anymore. This patient was advised by the doctor last week to come to this clinic first thing Friday morning to get a letter. For some reason this nurse has some issue as this not an emergency. Maybe this nurse needs to look at this patients file and advise the doctor from last week on how he is supposed to do his job. Thank you Ian for looking into the patients file and treating that patient with some dignity. There is a family doctor shortage We were told to come to this clinic by Surrey memorial. If there is some issue with the system..communicate that privately. Absolutely absurd"

Best experience I've had with a clinic. The nurses were very efficient and clearly had a handle on everyone and everything. The doctor I saw was simply amazing, I felt like he really cared about helping me feel better and provided a lot of information to me. I absolutely would return, I sincerely hope I won't need to haha but I know I can rely and count on the nurses and doctors at this clinic!

If I could rate this no stars I would. Walked in Saturday at 7:00. The place is completely empty. I’m told they can’t take me because all the appointments are booked for tonight. I’m so confused because there is not one patient in the waiting area. I’m told the patients will be coming back. I ask if I can wait to see if there is a no show. Nope, you can’t do that. I had a sinus infection that would have taken 2 minutes to diagnosis. The staff was literally standing around with nothing to do but couldn’t help me. What a complete joke.

My two daughters both had high fevers, cough and lethargy for a few days. From the moment we arrived at urgent care, we were treated with exceptional hospitality. Dr. Barrio’s bedside manner was extremely professional and soothing to the point my kids were not nervous, scared or crying (and let’s be real here, anyone who has young kids knows how difficult it is to bring them to the hospital/doctors). The staff were so friendly and even helped provide coloring options and stickers for my kids whilst we sat and waited for their results. Just wanted to say thanks to Angela, Harmeet and Ash for making the visit an easier one. Would definitely recommend this care facility for anyone looking in need of urgent medical care.

I had an excellent first experience with Urgent Care here today. The reception staff was kind and quite reassuring. I noticed that everyone was treated with respect, even walk-ins who had to be redirected toward a different medical setting for their needs. The waiting area was clean and fairly relaxing. It was nice that visitors on this afternoon were trying to be as patient and understanding as possible during their waits. For me, on a Friday afternoon, the wait was about 40 minutes to get vitals done, only 5 minutes for an x-ray (so convenient that I could walk to the medical imaging office right next door), and then another 45 to see the doctor for review. Not bad at all, but I know these times can vary. The doctor was attentive, pleasant, and efficient, and made what I think was a solid clinical judgement call for my history and symptoms.This is a great service provided for medical concerns that are urgent but not quite at the emergency level. I encourage folks to bring a book to pass the waiting time or make a new friend in the waiting room, and show appreciation to the staff, who really are doing a tough job efficiently and kindly. I feel very grateful for their care today.

Amazing caring staff here! I barely sat down before my son was see by Dr.Tu. He followed us straight into the room where he was thorough and explained everything to me with great detail. Best care that my son has received. I was truly skeptical as I originally went to the SMH Pediatric ER where the suggested that I walk across the street to Urgent care. Triage explained to me that my son would be seen faster there and I was already registered so I could just walk right in… and she wasn’t kidding! We were in and out within an hour! Totally unheard of! And the Dr was still patient and thorough with his diagnosis. Seriously impressed!
