Staff are very rude here, made me wait an excessive amount of time. Took their time packaging food that was not necessary, I have a insulated bag to carry large orders. I should not have to wait an extra 10 minutes for you to christmas wrap an order??

One of the best pizza pizza locations in Hamilton. Everytime I go here their pizzas are fresh, not hard and stale and the best part- a variety of options for slices!!

Idc what anyone says. This place has always been perfect to me. Always on time or very early for delivery and made just right. Ordered at 7:08pm and delivery said it would be here by 7:58 but it got here at 7:30. Great driver and delivery. Keep up the great work!

This Pizza Pizza is the best restaurant I've been too out of all the Pizza Pizza's. This large store is at all times very clean, and the staff are extremely polite and provide excellence in customer care. I would specially like to mention Mathea who prepares the pizza's there. Every time I get a pizza that he has prepared is outstanding in every way. My favourite is the x-large, x-cheese, x-sauce, x-pepperoni, mushrooms and green peppers. Every time I order this pizza it is the best of the best. I highly recommend this Pizza Pizza to everyone, and introduce yourself to this excellent pizza maker who is friendly and provides excellent customer care. Mathea thank you for all the amazing pizza's you've made for me. I have recommended this restaurant to friends and they also always love it.Chad St. Aiden

I don't really like Pizza Pizza but there is something about the 1001 Fennell Ave location that I always come back for. The owner knows me by name and always makes sure he greets me. His pizza is 10 times better than other Pizza Pizza stores. He has pride in his work and that's why I keep coming back.Thanks guysBus Driver Chris.

I've been going here for years. This location always has quick service, and fresh ingredients, with friendly staff. I got delivery for lunch today and when I was looking on the app I found a XL 4 topping pizza that was at a locked down price to help with the inflation rise right now. So I got this pizza and the toppings were fresh and tasty, I got on it green peppers, black olives, NY peperoni, and bacon crumble. I'd definitely order from here again.

My first time at Fennell location... WOW, great experience! The lovely lady that took my order was beyond helpful, patient and kind! I asked how long, she said 15 minutes, I explained that I had to run to quickly shop and she happily said, they can place my order on a set time to allow me to shop... extremely helpful!!! The pizza was very good, quite tasty as well.This location is our new go to pizza place... mostly for the amazing customer service!

After ordering from this place for years and never being disappointed, I placed an order including 1 medium pizza & 2 orders of funnel sticks. The funnel sticks were received burnt and hard as a rock. I called the next morning when theyò opened an sat on hold for 30mins. Talked to a man who put me back on hold for 20mins. He came back and told me they would give me a voucher for $10. I told him no. The amount I paid was $18+. I then asked to speak to his boss. The boss agreed to replace the order but after 2hrs it still wasn't here. Called again and eventually 15min later they arrived. The Ubereats driver showed me the order was placed at 2pm so clearly they thought I'd go away......WRONG!!! 3hrs for stupid funnel sticks that THEY wrecked!
