Very professional and caring. Fixed up my cat that had gotten into a fight and wounds didn’t heal. Never had been a client there and they got me in quickly. Cara is back to her old self. Thank you!

My review is based on the response I received by their staff while trying to seek help find someone to see my dying puppy only to be talked to rudely on the phone and hung up on when asked about availability not based on a job interview. I do not have the incorrect place, unfortunately this place in fact WERE VERY RUDE on the phone. And now they are backtracking trying to say they didn't. When in fact they were rude

Everybody here is so awesome and caring. Dr. Hamlund is honest and a straight shooter, has done several surgeries on my dog now and the follow up has always been great.

Yesterday I called with an urgent matter & was immediately given an appointment for early in the afternoon. Dr. Richelle Kendall was amazing, she diagnosed the problem & set up the meds. All the staff were wonderful, understanding, kind & compassionate. My pets have always had the best of care, always getting gentle & thorough exams. I highly recommend !!

Mother in law stopped by on a day that it was closed (she thought they were open) but the manager/owner was outside doing some repairs and asked if it was anything in particular she needed (Dogfood) and he was very nice and did the transaction for her. Thank you so much byron. You are awesome sauce!
