Called them. Dispatcher said your taxi will be there in 10-15 minutes.But the taxi never showed and didn’t even got a call from them.

I’ve called Coastal numerous times and always had great service.Drivers are very friendly and helpful.Had to wait at times but that’s because they are busy but they will call you back to ask if you still want the cab.I’d much rather wait for them than use some of the other companies.Cars remarkably clean.

After reading reviews for several taxis, I ordered this airport shuttle the night before I needed to be there. I was leaving on a very early flight. The dispatcher was courteous and helpful. I received a quote of $28 and this was exactly my charge. The driver was on time, courteous and helpful with my luggage. He was friendly and shared stories in a fabulous French accent. He drove well, and the car was fairly new and very clean. Thanks Coastal!

Guy was so rude didn’t even give me a chance to talk and hung up on my no wonder why you guys have a 2 star rating. Time to shut this business down if you’re that miserable.

Don't ever call for beer delivery. Waited hour an a half. After calling all I got from the rudest taxi employee was I'm cancelling it goodbye. Really! !!!!. So now after calling another company they had the nerve to send the guy anyways, after another 20 minutes have gone by. His excuse was he was on a blood run to the hospital and that takes priority. Bull. They screwed up and did not want to get stuck with the beer. Too bad. I sent him away. Never call again. Liars and bad business. Period.

I don’t know if I should give 1 or 5. The receptionist is so mean & cold. She doesn’t even let you finish what you’re saying, she cut you when you talk BUT the drivers are so friendly!
