I can’t say enough about this store. They go above and beyond to satisfy Their customers. Only drawback is that they don’t carry a large variety of products and have limited quantity on the stuff to do carry. Had to order more product for me but came in fast and was called promptly for pickup. Will be ordering more very soon.

I bought my bike here last year and they were very helpful. With the corona virus I wasn't able to bring my bike in within the year for a warranty check up, but when it had a wee accident, they put it under that check up, repaired it, cleaned it, and were extremely efficient and helpful. I guess that's why they've been in business for over 100 years!! Great expertise and customer service!

I should've made this review a couple of years ago, but oh well, it's not too late, still owned and managed by the same people.Was happy with the purchase until I went back for my Free" tune up. not free at all

Went in to find an inner tube and I was surprised by the available stock. None of that Bell bs from Walmart, they have Maxxis and Parktool products for decent prices. I can't say anything regarding the bike service, but the people that helped me were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They did not try to get me to buy a more expensive product and recommended what they thought would fit my bike.

I love this store. The last time I went in I was looking for a jigsaw puzzle. There was a nice selection, much better than Chapters and there were puzzles that I'd never seen before, instead of rectangles they were in shapes. I wanted a more difficult one, but beautiful and found a beautiful one with wolves. While there I looked around, as I like to do and saw so many ideas for gifts, as well as the most beautiful bike that I hope to buy one day. Stephen's is so much more enjoyable to shop (or browse)than shopping at a mall. The staff are so pleasant and make time for you and there is even a store dog that greets everyone as they enter. There is free parking at the back I found out, which makes it even a better place to go. I highly recommend this store to everyone - give yourself a treat, turn off your cell phone and go in to walk around for an hour. It's like being transported back in time. You'll be happy you did and you might even want to take up a new hobby with all they have to choose from:)

I was looking for connectors to attach a new airbrush I got on Amazon. The compressor attachment to the hose was much larger than the hose connector. I needed to fine a redicer to connect to the new hose. I had tried just about every were I could think of to find said connectors that would fit the air hose with no luck. Stephen License was my last stop before having to go back to Amazon. I was introduce to John the bike Technician who also air bushes models cars, more to the point I wanted to commend John on take time to help me with the connectors I needed. Airbrush working great.Thanks John!

It has been a very long time since I experienced quality service like I received at Stephen Licence Bicycles & Hobbies recently. It's no wonder this establishment has been in business as long as it has.New to the cycling scene, Kevin offered an incredible bike, worked it into my limited budget, encouraged me to take it out for a test ride first, explained the gearing system in detail, gave some great advice about how to maintain it properly to save me unnecessary repairs in the future, reminded me to stop in anytime for free air and oil, and threw in a free bell before I headed out on the bike path for home. I bought one of their least expensive bikes and I was served as though I was purchasing one of their best.I can't explain how refreshing it was to receive that old-fashioned quality service from friendly people who are passionate about their business and genuinely want to provide you with the most suitable product for you...and not simply try to make a sale!

Buy my model paints, adhesives, cleaners etc.. from them and have never had any issues in the 10 years I've been going there.I wish they carried more 1/32 scale military aircraft models though.

Mu husband fall in love with the store and all history it has. Amazing owners and hobbies selection. Is a place that has been for more than 60 years. Hope community continue supporting local business like this.

I have been dealing with Steven Licence for close to forty years and have always found them to be extremely helpful in supplying our families hobby requirements.It is my fond hope that they will continue to serve there hobby minded customers well into the future.
