Freda’s continues to reinvent itself while keeping two constants: value and service.I’m sorry but no retailer can hold a candle to this company! The fashion is on point and a few steps of the market at all times. The stylists care and know how to dress different shapes.Clothing is tailored to fit your body perfectly, many times on the spot, while you shop so that your clothing is tailored and ready to go by the time you leave.Don’t get me started about Freda’s designs -they are amazing, timeless, and fit almost every body shape….beautifully.When I want to stand out or look extremely professional, I go to Freda’s for work, evening, and casual looks. I have been shopping at Freda's for 15 years and have never been disappointed. Freda's own designs are beautiful and Freda is an amazing woman. She always makes you feel like you are her only customer! The new space on Elm St is gorgeous as well!

Finally went to Freda's after following Tracy Moore and Cityline. It's beautifully curated, welcoming, and with exceptional service. Hint: I left with more than I came for and bought things I wouldn't have ever selected myself. All those women in there couldn't be wrong.

I found Freda's on Facebook and I couldn't be happier with all the selection and quality of the clothes. I found a beautiful dress for my son's wedding in Tuscany and will be going back to look for other outfits for the wedding. Freda and her staff are wonderful I would definitely recommend her store to anyone looking for great selection and quality and great staff to assist with selection.

My mom was looking for her mother-of-the-bride gown and a friend of hers recommended trying Freda's. Having seen Tracy from Cityline collaborate with the store before we figured that it could be a great place to start the hunt.Fortunately, Freda's was the only store we had to go to to find mom's perfect dress. Unfortunately, that perfect dress wasn't available in the perfect size and was a bit too small for Mum.The team rallied and got creative with how they could make that specific dress work and went above and beyond, altering the dress to make sure it fit mom seamlessly. Funny enough, she had more fittings that I did as the bride!Freda and her team made mom feel comfortable with every visit, always providing her with a large dressing room and cozy chair that she could rest on throughout the process.It's nice to have a go-to store now anytime Mom needs new fashions. I visited Freda’s former location many years ago. While I didn’t end up purchasing anything, I still recall the great experience I had.Fast forward to November 2022. Desperate for a gala outfit with the clock ticking and yet another appointment to run to, I decided to try Freda’s at their shiny new location.I didn’t have an appointment but they still accommodated me, who walked in exhausted and probably at some point nonsensical (akin to Homer Simpson racing to the nuclear power plant to keep it from exploding).The friendly associate showed me upstairs where I met Agnes. She was an absolute peach, finding beautiful items that met all of my requirements.I found a gala outfit in less than 15 minutes - Agnes is THAT good.Will be sure to book an appointment next time (LOL). This store is my absolute go to when looking for any occasion outfit. The staff is amazing and on line shopping is a great experience as well. They respond very quickly to any questions I may have before placing order. Highly recommend

My mom got her MOB dress - 10/10 service. So attentive, kind, encouraging. Big reason we bought it same day is how great the service was, of course the dress is absolutely stunning but it went a long way we were treated with such kindness.

This morning, I came in and Sansha helped me select 2 beautiful dresses. One is for my daughter’s bridal shower in June and the other is for one of several other bridal events coming up. I was thrilled when I left. My daughter popped in this afternoon and Freda herself helped her select her bridal shower dress as well as a jumpsuit and dress for her honeymoon in Italy. She is so happy that she is walking on air! Thank you so much for the wonderful service, the helpful advice and the beautiful clothing.
