Dairy Queen (Treat)

This girl working here does not look impressed what so ever to be working there!If you wanna work somewhere you should show it. I have been here over an hour and this girl has not gaven one smile to one customer.Very sad, if you want someone with experience that loves doing what they do. Give me a call!

I was there few weeks ago around 5:45. Not even the closing time and wanted to have vanilla cone but cashier said we are closed and I said ok as I understand it cam be annoying sometimes but then 5 minutes later I see the same cashier serving another customer. Like why in the world would u turn down a customer who came for just vanilla cone but take another customer for food. If u guys wanna close early ask ur owner to change time on google to 5:30 instead of 6pm. This is so inconvenient

Their oreo blizzard is truly delicious. A good treat for everyone and they are giving coupons for free drinks like their Julius original. Great customer service over all.

I ordered a custom cake with a personalized photo online and called to ensure it would be ready for pickup at 10:30. The worker who answered the phone assured me it would be ready for pick-up any time after opening (10am). When I arrived to pick up the cake they had not even started preparing it. I had to buy a non-personalized cake instead. The cake is still frozen and will be a huge disappointment to serve to my guests. My boss is mad at me for having the wrong cake. Horrible service. Extremely disappointed.

The guy with curly hair always serves me fantastic customer service and great dipped coned ice cream.But today NOV/12/2021, at 5:50pm, I asked for a cup of tap water please " to a manager with black hair and about 5'3- as I was visibly quenched and distraught from dehydration and she said "We charge 30 cents with tax for a cup"- I will never go here again. Luckily a lovely beautiful woman from Subway was empathetic to give me a cup.Very disappointed DQ."

Would rate 0 stars if I could. I came in for the free dilly bar promotion after leaving a delightful review regarding their customer service only to be made of fool of by the staff. Unfortunately this experience shattered all previous beliefs about this stores customer service and policies. I grew up eating Dairy Queen and have been a loyal customers for years, identifying with this establishment but it is safe to say i no longer wish to be associated with this company's name. They said they had ran out of dilly bars and were unable to provide me with any compensation despite me seeing another customer come in for the same promotion. Upon confronting the anonymous customer, they told me that they had ran out of dilly bars but were able to substitue it for a Orange Julius. This enlightened customer also told me that other locations offer cones in replacement for dilly bars if they ever run out of stock. I returned to confront the employee about this enlightening information but she turned me away and told me i could come back another day, knowing that this promotion cannot be repeated on consecutive days. It was very disappointing to see the difference in customer service at this location compared to the one of the Guildford location. Clearly they value customer service and accommodating all customers looking for delicious frozen treats despite their lack of stock in certain items and it is apparent that this location does not share those values or shared mission. These employees made sure to create a memory for their customer that would last forever but it was not a positive one. I will not be returning to this establishment and they have lost a valuable loyal customer.

Team Leader harleen was there today around 6:40. I asked her for something and she rolled her eyes like she was fed up of customers and asked to pay by cash and she replied that we have closed our tills and not accepting cash. This is not a way to treat your customers. I don't think that someone will come there if you guys are going to treat your customers like this.

Worst service i got from this DQ. I ordered a fresh squeezed juice of carrot orange and beetroot. And their was barely beetroot used as I'm there and still looking but the lady used carrot only even she put orange which is not squeezed at that time. I was so disappointed because we come here for fresh juice and quantity.Harleen gave me bad expression while serving and worst service i ever seen anywhere.

Today I visited the store for orange juice but he did not have enough. I asked him to make it and he said that it is gonna take more than an hour.The sundae was melted. Not like I used to have it before. Poor customer service. The guy was not helping at all.Wastage of money
