FRAUDULENT. Worst experience ever. I booked an event 8 days out and had to cancel 2 days later. If you order under $100 of products they charge you 100% but they charged me 100% anyway for my order over $100. All of their visible documentation and my invoice say they will keep 40% of my deposit, completely understandable. But when I called they stated they will give me zero refund and are keeping 100% of the booking. Their terms and conditions is a LINK to a contract and they consider you having signed this is you accepted the terms and conditions on another page of their site! It says in the contract you MUST sign the contract and I had not but they refused to consider this. He spoke to me like a was a little girl in a ver condescending way. Be weary of this business because they don't care about contract law at all!

Very inflexible hours makes pickups and returns very difficult. They charged us $55 for a torn tablecloth which will cost them less than $10 to replace, plus the cost of the rental of it. We're quite sure we're not responsible for the tear but we ended up paying exorbitantly for its replacement anyway. If you're considering renting from them, make sure to check the condition of EVERY item before taking it from them, otherwise you'll be paying for someone else's problem.

I was doing a little bridal shower for my friends and family. Reserved a place. Their tables however were not that great looking. Drove by this place randomly went in. And rented some table cloth. They got the whole decor together. This place has everything for little bridal showers to weddings. Always ready on time.

We were organizing a get-together for about 30 peoples. Had to rent some some tables, table cloth and chairs. Super service and to the point. Thank you!

First, I asked if I could go get my stuff earlier, for 1 o'clock. The guy never told me to be there at 1 sharp. It isn't mentioned on their website either. I checked the open hours and it was written from 1 to 5, so I thought it would be ok if I would pass by a little later, since we were running at different places to organize our wedding. He called me at 1 and was visibly mad that I wasn't there yet. I told him we were running 10 minutes late and he laughed, saying that my 10 minutes made them late for their own deliveries. I argued that he should've told me, that I had no clue, since I checked and it wasn't written anywhere on their website. So there we are 10 minutes later and he gave me the angry look. I apologized even though I didn't have to and he started again to give me a speech and also that it was because of Covid, etc. All the stores who had to modify their opening hours or else because of Covid wrote it down on their website. Anyway, we get to the wedding site and start installing the arch and realize that we don't have any anchor to fix it. Ended up renting the one from the venue. So I called him and said that I wanted to bring it back right away and asked for my money back (75$, small and cheap), and he said no. Also, they don't rent anchors for their arch and it's up to the customers to find some!!! It was a very bad experience and this guy was arrogant with us and didn't give us a decent service at all. I definitely don't recommend this place.

Incredible!!Very easy to order online. Great prices. Delivery was a breeze, they called 30 mins before arriving to drop off and to pick up.All items rented (tent, chairs, tables, table clothes) were in great condition.

Le personnel répond très rapidement aux demandes et semble très intéressé à faire affaire avec vous. Cependant, s'il arrive quelque chose de votre côté, tel un imprévu, ils ne sont pas du tout flexibles. Bien que ce soit mentionné dans le contrat signé, je me serais attendu à ce qu'on me propose une alternative, surtout la très petite quantité d'articles que je devais louer... Je ne serais pas la première à les recommander. J'ai finalement trouvé pour moins cher et plus courtois ailleurs.

J'ai loué des chaises pliantes en bois, des nappes en dentelle et des sofas pour mon mariage en juillet 2022 à cet endroit. Le personnel a été professionnel, courtois, aimable et a toujours répondu rapidement à mes questions. Les meubles et nappes loués ont été livrés et récupérés aux heures et endroits convenus et tout a été comme sur des roulettes. Bref, ce fut une expérience positive et sans stress (ce qui est apprécié quand on organise un mariage, car TOUT est stressant haha!).

Merci pour votre super service, notre 5 à 7 a été une réussite grâce à vos beaux produits et super bien entretenu. A++
