I always go to this branch for our dinner but i have worst experienced today. i buy 8 pcs chicken only i found out they gave me 7 only and one of them as big as nugget and another one is backbone how could u eat backbone. Not to buy them again and not recommended

17th june I placed an order 30 mins before the store would stop accepting orders on doordash. They accepted it made it and it was their time to close the store at 4:00am I called the store at 3:50am asked the guy to wait for the dasher that hes on theway and will reach in 15 mins so he has to wait just 5 mins extra. The guy rudely said I don care I will leave at 4 am and I aasn able to get my order because of this. As the dasher reached the store at 4:05 and there was nobody at the store to give my food to the driver. Wow great service popeyes.

Literally go to any other Popeyes, it’s amazing how this restaurant isn’t going under. They never answer their phone if you wanted to place an order, told us the 12 pc came with 4 white pieces so we upcharged for 2 as there’s family members who don’t eat dark meat. Placed online as they refused to take order over phone, placed order for 505 pm pick up. Still was waiting at 5:54 for my food. Find out they gave my order away to another customer. Then I get my order half hour later for them to tell me that the 12 pc only comes with 3 white. No one has any clue what they’re doing here and it’s ridiculous would give -5 stars if I could. Unfortunately the next closest Popeyes to us is 25 more minutes away

Popeyes chicken is easily one of my top choices regardless where I get it from. The chicken comes good from the factory! This store in particular is okay, but it's more often than not that they will forget something. The quality of food itself is consistent with the great good associated with this chain. It is properly cooked and served in my opinion. It's just that if you go through the drive-thru, be prepared for them to forget a fork/spoon if you order items that require it (Rice, Coleslaw etc). That in itself is quite inconvenient, especially if you drive off and park to eat somewhere and then you realize urghhhh...not again!

This place was just terrible every way you put it, down to the cold classic sandwich and onion rings (which both are supposed to be warm if not hot even) and the most disgusting bathroom I ever seen and wish I'd taken a picture of it but I don't want anybody to spoil they're last meal. Just take my word for it FILTHY AS IT GETS. They lost a customer for life that's a promise I'll stick to.

Went less than 10 mins ago. Asked for 3 spicy tenders. Asked and paid for 2 blackened ranch dipping sauce. Got home and they gave me 2 wings and 1 blackened ranch. I will never go here again and I will tell other not to do so. This is outrages.

The food is good, but they are charging more for the meals than they have advertised and not letting customers know. When I brought it to the owners attention he shlufed it off and said it was a technical issue, but wouldn't refund the difference. The board said $11.29 for the combo, but the receipt charged $12.49. I wish I could up load the pictures!

I requested a freshly cooked chicken but they have given me a chicken that was cooked twice or thrice already. I can still smell the used oil. I requested a mild one not a spicy and they have given me obviously the spicy one. I keep on calling them on this number but no one ever answered my call. Please hire someone who’s willing to do the job!

Can't say much about atmosphere bcuz I used drive thru but, everything turned out delicious. I've had Popeyes in the passed and didn't care for it but there's some quality at this location. Nice and crispy chicken, no excess oil. Everything served warm, no missing items and the white meat is especially nice. Next time it's the tender meals

Over a year ago I bought a family meal deal which is suppose to come with two salads and fries and gravy plus the chicken of course when my order comes all I have gotten was a bucket of chicken no sides no drinks, no fries, no gravy and no pop that I paid for the total came up to 67.00$ on debit no refund was issued for it I didn't pay 67$ only to get chicken. The only thing said to me about it by the owner was that if I took my review down the next time I come in they would give me some free sides but since that was my first time I will not go back to Popeyes since sorry but they ruined the experience for me.
