Team Lech Moving & Delivery Service

Ken and his Team is excellent at what they do. This is my 2nd time using their service. They went above and beyond in helping me and my family move. We did not pack things correctly and they have helped us repack. They were on time and the move was quick. Great experience I would use them again for moving or junk removal.

The thing I respect most about this business as the owner is a man of his word. He has shown up for people who have experienced a no show from their mover at 10pm at night making it his 15th hour at the start. I find these few negative reviews a TOTAL contradiction in the company I've come to know. I have referred many friends and they have continued to refer from there. If I had to pick a word that best describes them is Integrity. I've used other movers and I can tell you that using anyone else is a risk. Ken's honest, quick, goes above and beyond and is one of the lowest cost going.

Team Lech stepped up to help us out on a last minute move after an injury prevented us from moving ourselves. They did an amazing job in some very difficult conditions during the heat wave. Fast, professional and answered the phone quickly. Very pleasant and easy to work with. All items arrived in perfect condition.

Went to leave my house today and there was a moving truck blocking the entire alley. Was told they only had two more things" to take out of the truck. Waited 15 minutes watching them load and unload items from the truck before someone simply backed the truck up enough for us to get past. I have not used this company before but from my experience today

Used these kind gents to move from one apartment to another. Ben and his team were very easy to work with and genuinely cared about the way items were packed and secured upon loading and unloading. Five stars!

Just wow! We just moved from a house with a 45 degree driveway and Ken and his team were amazing. Not only did they have to drag everything up the crazy driveway, but they did it without complaining and very quickly. They wrapped all our stuff so well, took a great deal of care laying down mats to protect our floors, wrapping our railing etc to ensure they didn’t cause any damage. We are so pleased with the job they did and so relieved to be moved into our new home. Highly recommend!!!

Ken and the team provided a great service! Have to say I have had some bad experiences with movers but team Lech were really professional and most importantly careful with each of our pieces of furniture. Would highly recommend.

If I could give them zero stars I would. We were given a referral by another moving company to use them since they were booked up. Ken answered the call and confirmed dates and timing with me. The day of our move we expected them to show up at 9 am and they did not show. After about 2 hours of waiting I tried calling their main line to see if there was an issue. No answer. Eventually the calls started going straight to voicemail. I tried contacting them through their website but didn’t get a response there either. We had to be out of the house that day so I had to book some last minute movers which cost us double of what we were originally going to have to pay. I would have even preferred him answering and letting me know they weren’t coming instead of leaving us in the dark. No follow up apology either! Stay Away!

Ken is very professional and a great mover. This was the second time using him for a move and will continue to use for future moves without a doubt. He got the job done quick without any issues. Great customer service.
