I took my car here to get damage repaired from a deer impact. It took a little time due to parts having to be ordered but the end result was amazing. It looks as good as the day I bought it. I can't be happier with the result and the workmanship.

I had a great experience working with Jason to get my car fixed after being rear ended. They got me in sooner and cheaper than other auto body shops I got quotes from. Jason always kept me updated with the status of my car and how the process works. I am completely satisfied and drove away with a perfect repair and clean car! 10/10 all around!

Got into accident couple weeks ago and took my vehicle to Carstar spruce grove. Their reviews looked amazing so I decided to give them a chance and oh boy their reviews spoke for its self! Excellent service! Jacob and Jason was very patient on explaining the repair process. Initial inspection was done thoroughly (they managed to find a damage that other repair companies missed out). The repair work was done in top notch, vehicle return in perfect shape. Highly recommended!

Jacob and Jason do amazing auto body work! My car looks like new. What's really special about this business is they truly care about the customer. Jacob pointed out my battery was weak and not holding a charge. He went out of his way to make sure the battery was changed before I left the shop so I wouldn't get stranded. I highly recommend Carstar to anyone looking to have body work done to their vehicle!

Amateurs! They do a half wit job on the body work causing me to have to come back twice! They do the worst job detailing and when they detailed it the second time, they did a worse job and scratched my screens and several trim components. They installed the box cover wrong and didn’t bother to install the front seal. They didn’t even clip the supports into their holders so they’ve been flopping around the box for months. The worst is that they didn’t install the window bumpers so when I just flipped up the cover for the first time, it almost smashed my back window. Now I have to order and pay for parts just so I can use the cover. What a joke! Also, when I picked up the “completed” vehicle for the second time, they parked it next to a snow bank so I had to wade through over a foot of snow to get to the driver door and it was parked against a tree so I had to push the door against a branch to open it…which means they did the exact same thing when they parked it.

They fixed my truck, and I could not see any problems with the paint. Super shocked that it was set in a week. A fantastic job. I can not see anything, and if I do, I will update you.
