I used TSR team to inspect my attic noise two months ago. The noises had been gone!They came in on time and Mr Sal very professional and responsive. They explain the details about what animal was living in our attic and using very accurate camera to trace any evidence of the pest left and put the baits to preventing us from sleeping at night. And also they check the attic insulation condition. And make sure is in good conditionThey also check my garage attic to do the same service with no extra charge! What’s amazing job they did!I will definitely recommend to anyone to use TSR for any pest services. Thanks again

Extremely unprofessional and rude team. Shockingly intimidating behaviour. Do not hire these guys. I would say I felt threatened when I wanted them to fix the poor quality job they performed. OMG!!! You only know the true nature of the company when something goes wrong with job they did. Be safe guys!

Called to remove a starling nest from a dryer vent high above ground. Crew came within 2 hours, removed nest and installed cage to prevent any future wildlife. Fast, professional and friendly.

Alan and Sal came when we needed help. We lived at our place for 10+ place and first time seeing racoon dropping on our deck. They got back to me within minutes and scheduled the job same day as they had time. They quickly diagnoses the issue and explained the process every step of the way. They quickly secured the loose soffit and built a one way trap and surveyed the attic. Very professional and you can tell they know their craft.

I called their services and the man picked up the phone was rude and very unprofessional in talking. He wasn't ready to explain the time line or the procedure for what he is going to charge a whole lot of money. I would never go to TSR pest control or I would recommend it to anyone. Don't go to him. You will find better respect from somewhere else.
