I have been at this dary queen a few times. A month or so ago there was a new girl there making blizzards and the way she was treated by the other staff member in the front was horrible. It was apparent the girl was trying and seemed to be new to Canada. After I had my food my kids and I sat down and the mean girl at the front came and complained about the new girls English to one of the costumers, the mean girls English was not very good either. Back again today and the front counter is yelling at the kitchen for a mistake. I think the same one from before maybe not. Very unpleasant way to treat your fellow workers. I could here her from across the seating area but she couldn't say my order number loud enough to here at the pop machine. Not sure who manages this place but it should be under review.

1. Dairy queen app is about the worst one out there. They need to make the transition alot smoother and not have to wait 10 min for them to fiqure out the coupon you are trying to redeem.2. Waiting another 10min for them to make 2 blizzards are kind of outrageous and maybe they need to be more organized.

Went there the other day for a flamethrower, I guess they serve boiled Walmart bearclaw burgers now? Just the grossest burger ive ever had, wont be back, absolutely disgusting food now.

Ordered a 6pc chicken basket with onion rings instead of fries and sweet & sour sauce. Got the chicken, didn't get onion rings (got fries instead) and got no sauce. Employees were possibly distracted, talking about a misunderstanding where one employee was told they had the day off, when they, in fact, didn't. Bit of an awkward environment.

Very disappointed in how this restaurant has gone down. We walked in to blasting music with foul language being used repeatedly, food was cold,, restaurant was filthy and the bathroom was beyond disgusting and not able to use! Not family friendly!

Ordered at drive thru and the speaker NEEDS to be upgraded/ fixed as it's very hard to hear the staff, have to say hi" to get attention and has been like this for a long time. Ordered a chicken strip combo and my pop was just barely half full and the fries were not cooked long enough. Kinda disappointing as it's usually not too bad of food."

We just visited the dairy queen in stettler and the staff at the location got angry with us because he made our order wrong. Horrible customer service the worst I have ever seen.
