Early this spring I broke two ribs and was unable to get my yard ready. I called Cam and had him come by to provide me a quote. After walking the yard, and listening to what I wanted done, a quote was in my ‘inbox the next day. I felt the quote was fair, and confirmed I wanted him to do the job. He booked me in the following week. He showed up to do the job as scheduled, and completed the work as per the timeline he had set out. To say he did a good job is an understatement. He went above and beyond in many instances, and generally did a far better job than what I would’ve done! :-). He completed the job as per scheduled, and on budget. Some of the tasks he completed for me, were;Weeding and adding mulch to garden.Prepping vegetable garden.Weeding decorative gravel.Transplanted a large fern.Provided planting advice as per the sunlight conditions throughout our yard.He also weeded in the cracks of the driveway.I would not hesitate to give Cam my highest recommendation. Cameron was polite, punctual, friendly and very professional. We had a tree location picked out and he offered his advice without pressure and we had him plant our cherry tree in the location he suggested. It’s great! We’ll hire him again without hesitation when we need some work done.

Cam is the best you’ll find. He takes the time to understand your needs, he gets to work fast and works so efficiently. He had a huge job to do with my trees/shrubs on a giant corner lot and in my front and backyards; he got it all done in the timeline and price he quoted. He leaves your yard so clean and hauls away all the clippings/branches. I highly recommend Cam for any of your landscaping needs. He will be my Goto guy always for any of my landscaping requirements. We had the pleasure of meeting and hiring Habitat Landscapes and we will be a regular customer going forward. Cam the owner came by to see our property, take pictures and get the necessary information to give us a quote. The previous owners did some major landscaping planting which offered amazing privacy but the variety of plants, shrubs and trees was a huge amount and we found everything overcrowded and difficult to care for. Cam gave us wonderful ideas of how to showcase some vegetation, remove pieces that were way to large and no longer fit and add new pieces to create more balance and greater curb appeal. They had a SIGNIFICANT amount of pruning, trimming, digging up, removing rhododendrons, cutting out flower beds and their work ethic is incredible. The price for all of this we thought was very reasonable, they completed the work quickly and cleaned up everything beautifully and our dogs loved them too. I have know Cameron and his family for many years in Nanaimo. I was happy to see that Cam was following in his dad's foot steps of interest and knowledge of landscaping. I have hired Cameron on three separate landscaping projects in the last year and a half. Whether it be seasonal upkeep or larger tasks I have been very happy with what Cameron has accomplished. I was extremely happy with the vision he had of redesigning two larger garden beds in my yard. He is knowledgeable, patient, listens to your concerns and ideas and implements a great plan and design. Projects were always done in a timely manner and very cost effective, and clean up was amazing. You can tell Cameron loves what he does and cares about the environment.
