I've visited the Espresso Bar a few times now and have found the staff friendly and helpful. Better still, the coffee is sensational. The Yellow Lab espresso and the Yirgacheffe Ethiopian are some of the smoothest, nicest beans I've enjoyed.

Excellent service of coffee on par with other boutique small batch roasters from the GTA . Victoria and Pear were very professional and helpful baristas . Picked up some freshly roasted beans. Will visit again .

Beautifully designed with lovely friendly baristas serving up the best coffee in Georgetown.I love that there's an espresso bar to sit/stand and enjoy. Felt like being in europe again!This is my new go-to place, and I hope they do well here.

AMAZING STAFF… Awful owner! The staff worked amazingly this evening during a rush. 3 girls, worked off their feet to try and meet the orders coming in. Little did we know, the owner was sat chatting in the only seating area the whole time before the girls asked for his help which was reluctantly given. AWFUL & SHOCKING management.

Grabbed a decaf americano while killing time in the mall. A 12 oz cup (only comes in 12oz) cost me $4.14 including tax and a small tip. Tried the americano, was honestly awful. Went back and asked for a decaf coffee instead. Was told that they don’t have decaf drip coffee. So, I decide fine, I’ll have a small cup of regular coffee. Then the girl tells it’s ANOTHER $2.71. I stare at her in disbelief. She tells me that I have to pay for the 2nd coffee because I already tried the first one. Duh, of course I tried the first one how else but I know that I think it taste terrible?I have NEVER had an americano before that I didn’t like. This place REALLY shocked me. WON’T BE BACK.

The coffee was very good but the staff are not super friendly at all. Especially the lady with blonde short hair- madd attitude. No smile. I felt like an inconvenience being serve my coffee - the owner definitely needs to speak with their staff about customer service.
