Went to Bell on Broadway and Heather, James was incredibly helpful, stupidly knowledgeable and couldn't of been more pleasant. Made the trip in more enjoyable and I came away extremely happy with my purchase. Best experience I've had inside a retail store in Vancouver

Went in on a lark as I had been growing increasingly frustrated with my current provider and was pleasantly surprised by both the service and price.James was extremely helpful and patient with me, and was I was able to leave with a cheaper bill and what I hope is a significantly improved cell service. Thanks a ton man.

Fabulous and friendly service from James! He quickly dealt with a potential issue we had setting up a new account and did some creative trouble shooting along the way. We also appreciate that he was willing to stay past closing time in order to make sure we were properly set up. Great experience all in all!

I would like to appreciate the patience and genuinely friendly service provided by James today.I asked for difference services, left the store, then came back to cancel most of the services I previously requested and James graciously helped me thru all I needed to do to get things done. The other guy ( Thompson) also was nice and particularly competent.Thank you, guys for everything. Thanks for making me feel comfortable every second of my stay at the store.

My partner and I arrived in Canada and the truth is that we were a bit lost. I had a problem with my data service and Justin and Jojo helped me a lot. Came into Bell today looking for new phone plans since moving from England to Canada. James helped us hugely and made the process of signing up to a phone plan very easy. He had great customer service throughout our visit and easily answered any questions we had. Highly recommend.
