Had car trouble as soon as we got out of Regina. So we stopped in Balgonie to try and find a quick repair shop and found BTS Auto.. We figured it might be a wait but the guy got our car in and helped us out ASAP! Fast, efficient and very friendly!! Would recommend 100%Thank you so much!

I've have work done a couple times. I was missquoted alot of work at another shop. Neil looked at my truck and showed me what actually needed to be repaired. My bill was not even a quarter of what the other place quoted me. Next time I need work done, BTC will be my first choice. know where

Great experience at BTC. Booking the appointment was easy, the final bill matched the initial quote (so rare these days), they identified some required suspension and steering issues that need to be addressed, and they completed the work on time. Highly recommended. The staff are great!

I showed up at 4:30 pm without calling and asked them to help me out with a broken trailer connector, they moved a vehicle to get me in and fixed the problem as soon as possible. Thanks alot guys, really appreciate the excellent service, got me back on the road! Come Visit Dawson city one day! Also found out they are part of the Autopro family, which in my mind is a super program that works for the customer.

We were driving home to Southern Ontario when the check engine light suddenly came on. A quick Google search let us know that this shop was highly rated and nearby. Paul was able to hook up the diagnostic tool indicating a problem with our thermostat. He ran a couple of heat tests and reset the sensor and sent us on our way free of charge. Who does that anymore? Thank you Paul for your kindness and integrity. We got home safely and still no check engine light!

Broke down just outside of regina. Called them, they said bring it in. It was a Friday afternoon late and -35. Had it towed there. And they fixed it right up. Even left it inside during the weekend so it would be warm and ready for me to pick up after the weekend which was as soon as I could get there. Friendly honest quick

My bicycle back rack broke from the frame and needed welding. Breaks are attached to that also.went into BTC Automotive and they were quick to help, friendly and extreamly reasonable with price.If it was not for them my buke trip across Canada would have ended there.Thanks so much guys :-)

Had service done a couple of times now. Their friendly and professional. Always let’s you know what the costs are upfront before any work has started and how long it’s gonna take. They were able to get my vehicle looked at the next day and had it fixed up ready to go a day later. I highly recommend this place if you need any vehicle repairs.

Shout out to Napa in balgonie for helping us out. u joint blew up passing thru and they were great help getting us back on the road. They put the driveshaft and u joint back together for us as we had a mechanic on board to install the parts back on. Guys were super friendly keep up the good work.
