Overpriced Grocery. Meat department needs to be trained on customer service. Meat also is quite expensive. Average store. Need to put proper price tags on items to avoid irritability.

Good place for Meat(goat/lamb/chicken) in downtown. You can get relatively fresh meat here when compared to the other grocery stores. And they some unique Pakistan products as well.

Local Middle Eastern grocery. There is fresh meat and frozen fish counter. I usually get the canned dolmas, $9.99 for the 2kg can. There's different prices for different brands. Pic below. One reason it loses a star is the overall customer service. No real help given. Just pointing and guessing prices so that I have to go back and forth from cashier to fish counter to get the correct pricing. Also depending on who's working at the meat counter, they seem to lack general politeness and cs towards dare I say non-Arabs which is disheartening.

The people at the meat section kept working and didn’t give me what I wanted. One tall young guy with long hair ignored me by saying he has other work to do instead of taking my order and when I asked help from another worker he stared at me as if I have done something wrong. For next ten minutes this guy an Asian guy and two other men ignored me too and kept talking to their friends and other customers.

I bought ground beef for the first time, very expensive and very disappointed in the meat. I was making home burgers with it and while my partner and I was was eating it there was peices of bone grinded up in it. Every couple of bites, our teeth would crunch down into hard little pieces of bone.Such a turn off, couldn't even finish the burgers. Never again!
