The men who installed the furnace were extremely tidy and explained all aspects of the unit. Julie was very organized and took care of everything. Business was contracted to install a recall part from Venmar (who paid for part and installation) and a purchase and installation of a part in the HRV (to be paid by me). First technician installed repair part quickly (10-15 minutes) but didn't understand how recall part was to be put in. Left after 1 hour. Second technician was sent to install recall part and did so within 15 minutes (including arrival and departure). Both technicians were pleasant and professional. My issue is with the billing. Venmar would have paid for the first hour of the recall which would have also included enough time to install my repair part if a second trip had not been required. I would have paid for the little bit of extra time required on the initial visit but am being billed for a entire 1-hour minimum service charge. There was a discussion of how I am somehow responsible for the time required for the business to order and receive the repair and recall parts. I totally fail to understand how that is my issue and should be part of any ordering/transaction of parts and service for any service industry company. As mentioned, the job should have been completed the first time with a (hopefully) reduced bill sent to me.

Showed up to work on my rental hot water tank No Mask. Couching... Unplugged the water tank( same thing we did when we had to when we reported to sunwave) left after one cycle. Leaving use with no hot water for another day.

I dealt with Denoco when ordering an Air Conditioner/Heat pump for my garage workshop. Not only were they very kind, they were extremely speedy when getting exactly what I needed to me. Denoco will definitely continue to have my business in the future.

Hands down the worst company I have ever dealt with. Aceon arrived and put the gas meter on the house December 3rd ish and Denoco did their work on the Dec 7th however that week their work failed inspection (which I had no problem with everyone makes mistakes) however it is now January 28th and I am still waiting to have the work corrected to get my gas turned on. Instead of doing the work I keep getting excuses about techs being sick or being busy with no heat calls and being short staffed. Most recently they have done most of the quoted work and when I told them there was still more that needed to be done in the quote and the inspector was coming tomorrow the techs refused to do the work telling me they would do the work when they installed my furnace next year which I never contracted them to do. So basically I contracted them 6 months ago, we then waited for the gas company to install the meter before they could start their work and two months later their work is still not done which consisted of 20 feet of piping and two appliance hook ups.

I had a new furnace installed by Bryan and Rob from Denoco today and am very impressed and happy with the quality of caring they, and the staff in the office, took to make this process as pleasant as possible.Starting with contacting the office, Julie dispatched Chad to visit our house to assess the proper furnace that we would need and the amount of work that would be required. Chad was early for the appointment and answered my various questions. Julie emailed me a quote on the same day - and then over the ensuing weeks was able to clarify and then revise the estimate based on a different furnace that was two stage and suited my budget.We made the appointment for replacement 9 days in advance so that it would suit my schedule. On the Monday of this week (three days ago) a major rain storm hit our area and many homes in the town were flooded - at times like this I expect that people will need to get their quotes for insurance to replace equipment damaged in basements. It being summer (with people likely on vacation) I anticipated that we might get bumped. This would have been understandable and acceptable by me.We didn't get bumped, there wasn't even a hint at a possibility that we would be either.Slightly earlier than expected Bryan showed up and explained what he was going to do and shortly after that Rob showed up and they got to work. I tried not to interrupt them but whenever I checked in on them they took the time to show me what they were doing and why - they didn't seem rushed but they kept at work and finished before noon. They were both professional and friendly (and they definitely know what they are doing) - Bryan even took a look at our AC unit and made some suggestions.Meanwhile, at the Denoco office, Julie had prepared and submitted an Ontario Hydro rebate form online - $250 back - copied me on it so that all I had to do was confirm the work was completed.As we are now at the start of a heat wave our house is very cool and comfortable and I am very glad that I called Denoco to replace our furnace.

At the end of April, Denoco installed a new heat pump and air handler in my home. I received beyond value from this company and couldn’t be happier with the administrative and service people, quality of the work and outcome. All were so helpful, easy to deal with, and willing to go out of their way to satisfy me, the customer.  Julie is EXCELLENT and everything a frontline person should be - friendly, courteous, professional, knowledgeable, respectful, efficient, patient, pleasant, helpful, customer-oriented, plus very skilled and on-the-ball. She worked quickly to get me answers to questions and offered suggestions. Chad is very knowledgeable and spent a great deal of time explaining the equipment and how to use prior to the install and throughout the process. I appreciated Brian's nose-to-the-grindstone work ethic and the excellent, skillful  job he did on the install of a new run and grill. It looks like it was always there. They arrived on time, worked efficiently, removed the old equipment, cleaned up and finished the job early. I wouldn't have even known they were here. After a day of use, subsequent adjustments to the system were required. They responded quickly to my call and were able to resolve the situation with a few tweeks.

Awful Awful service! This company had installed my water boiler used for in-floor heating and hot water supply. I had no heat at home on the weekend. I called the company and the their answering system dispatched me to their technician. He mentioned that on Monday the receptionist will call me and give me an appointment for the inspection. I did not get a call Monday morning and when I called the company, I provided all the information the receptionist asked for, all written on a tag attached to the system. She tried many excuses to refuse service and help and finally she said, Call someone closer
