NOVUS Glass Charlottetown

Took a week to get my windshield in, with no communication so I had to call and ask and it was in the next day so I suspect they had forgotten about me. Windshield that they brought in was cracked so they had to courier another in that afternoon. When I went to pick it up, the guy was cranky at me saying my insurance card has no policy number on it. Turns out he had taken the old insurance card out of the van. The up to date insurance card they had lost and now I need to call for a new one.Nope..won't be back.

Good service, ordered car rear window glass with in a day and replaced on other day. Fast and best service.

I got my windshield repaired a few weeks ago at Novus. What can I say!? Great service, thanks so much John and crew! John took me to a nearby coffee shop via shuttle service during my windshield installation. Once completed, John provided shuttle service return to the shop. The guys had my floor mats cleaned after installation as well! I highly recommend Novus Auto Glass in Charlottetown. Give them a shout!

We were on a family trip in ATL and windshield cracked. We were far from home (ON) and I called Honda Charlottetown. They referred me to Novus Glass. I called and I got John the owner. I can tell you that I got the best customer service. I told John that I will be in Charlottetown in 2 days and ask if he can do the glass replacement. John was able to source the replacement windshield and schedule me first thing in the morning. He shared his personal cell phone number with me shared updates as he was getting the replacement windshield and discussing with the insurance. On the day of the service John and his team did the work very professionally and on time by 10am and I was able to continue my vacation trip with my family. Thank you John and Novus team for the great service. It was my pleasure working with you.

Replaced my windshield and wipers on one vehicle and repaired a stone chip on the windshield of my other vehicle. They were very responsive and I was able to get an appointment the day after I called. They are also open Saturdays which is nice.
