Auntie Sherry & Friends Grooming Parlour

I brought my 6 month old teacup PomChi Peaches there today for her first grooming. I was really nervous because she is so small and so attached to me. The staff were amazing! They listened to my concerns and answered my questions. By the time I handed her over to one of the employees she was completely relaxed which relieved my anxiety. When I picked her up she was so relaxed, content and happy! I would definitely recommend Aunt Sherrys! Thanks!

If you’ve got a pup who needs their nails trimmed, or any grooming service really I cannot recommend Auntie Sherry and Friends Grooming Parlour enough! My rescue boxer mix Winnie is extremely anxious and is particularly sensitive with her feet. She normally trembles, cowers and even growls when strangers touch her feet just because she’s SO scared, and I can’t manage it by myself. Not only did the groomers take it slow, and let her sniff around first before starting, they were very friendly towards us both, explained everything to me, offered a selection of treats to Winnie and made the whole process ten minutes. They pointed out a couple of damaged nails to me and told me how I could prevent that and what to do for it, and had the whole set up ready for us on short notice when we got there so Winnie didn’t have to be surrounded by other people. Winnie trembled at first, but with the slow introduction and the technique used to keep her from seein what was going on, she stopped trembling and never even made a peep! She took a treat at the very end (which she’ll never do while overly scared), and even had some tail wags to offer the crew! Her nails are awesome looking now, and the calm, happy demeanour of the whole staff made our experience significantly less stressful. Not only that but they had me bring in a copy of her vaccination records so I know every dog there is up to date! Overall, a fantastic experience AND only totaled to around 16$ which is significantly more affordable than other places I’ve been!

Great place! Aspen might not enjoy getting pampered but he’s always well groomed when we leave. Very friendly!

They did an amazing job on my cat! They took the time to discuss what we wanted and even showed what size guard they suggest. We absolutely the love the haircut they gave him! It's so clean and very even.

I was really nervous about taking my cat to a groomer but I’m just not able to do it myself anymore, so I finally broke down and brought him in. The people at this place are so nice. They did an amazing job on my cat’s haircut and he wasn’t sad or anxious at all when I got him home. Unfortunately, not everybody who provides animal related services is a big animal lover, but these people obviously care about animals a lot and treat them very very well. I couldn’t be happier about the service provided here.
