He described his process and asked intelligent questions regarding the home heating. Jason Miller, the plumber arrived on time, quickly changed the mixer on the hot water tank. Just great service.

Phil Deslauriers was extremely knowledgeable and very professional. Called to have the furnace maintenance done and he was here within minutes of booking the appointment. He spent more than enough time servicing the furnace and explained everything done including the changes made to the thermostat and the best use of the fan. He explained service plans for all heating, air and plumbing and the benefits of each plan and helped choose the appropriate plan. I would highly recommend Phil to anyone needing maintenance or repairs to their furnace or air conditioner or to explain the plan options.

I had purchased a new thermostat with some cool features that I had planned to install myself based on the videos I had seen online. But in looking at the wiring behind my old thermostat (the old one was installed long before we moved here), there were more than 5 wires and half of them looked very old and different from the others. Also, there were no labels on the wires, so I was not sure which one was for what. I didn’t want to try and install it incorrectly and cause other issues with my HVAC system or short out the new thermostat or worse. So, I called Enercare who do all my HVAC maintenance work on my aging system. My Enercare rep said they could send a technician the next day. Rob D called me the next morning to tell me when he woudl arrive and then promptly arrived as scheduled. He checked the wiring and figured out what wires were the correct ones to use and what ones were old and not for use with my current HAVAC system. Then he labeled them all very well and installed the new thermostat. He tested that it was working correctly with both heat and AC. He explained everything and was very thorough, courteous, and professional. I strongly recommend Rob D and the team at Enercare for their HVAC service and maintenance and installations. They are always fast and get the job done right. Thanks Rob, we love the new features we get with the new thermostat as it has been a few months now and everything has been working great!

Thank you Nick Alswiti for fixing the problem with our furnace and the thermostat. From the get go you can tell that Nick is a professional. He was fully dedicated to our service call. He clearly communicated what the issue was and the next steps to have it fixed. Nick really went above and beyond to have it all done before the next heatwave. We truly appreciate it.

Without going into great detail, things started out not in our favour, however Frank and Shane were determined to get the job done despite the obstacles They were extremely professional and knowledgeable. Booked an appointment. Booked time out of my time and work. No show, called a half hour after booked time and all they tried to do was sell me a service package. No acknowledgement or attempt to book a new appointment first, let's try to sell when they are already disappointed in the service.Ridiculous. If no stars or half a star was an option....
