London Collision Reporting Centre

It seems like an odd place to review, but after seeing how hard everyone was working I had to. After being in an accident I was a little shaken up, everyone at the reporting centre was so friendly and really helped me feel better. Not a single person working there was sitting down, they were all working very hard and quickly.

Jan 30... -25°. Already had police come to scene of accident but they still wanted me to come here... Came morning of Jan 30, over 2 hour wait time so left, came back at 9pm only to wait till 10 before getting kicked out. Came back at 7am on 31, and the wait time is killer, everyone from last night is here again. They are servicing cars on tow trucks first. This is a joke. No respect for people. It's -25°. Snowing like crazy. City does a terrible job cleaning the roads which is what is causing all these accidents to begin with. And there is only one person working at the reporting centre? is this for real? You want us to come within 24 hours of accident, it takes more than 24 hours to see us!

Positive experience overall. I wish they had posted a sign in parking to let us know what the procedure is. i.e , you need to check in inside with an agent before you lign up behind the other cars for damage inspection. The agent was kind enough to come out and call me in and she was curteous and helpful.

An employee named Peggy was rude and unaccomodating when I called ahead.Staff openly berated people who were obviously upset about their accidents and we waited for over 2.5 hours.The facility is dirty and cold and understaffed.

Staff were very courteous and professional.

I had the misfortune of having my parked car hit while at a mall...Being from British Columbia I was unfamiliar with how things work in regards to accidents in Ontario...Mark at the Reporting Centre was professional and also fun to deal with...Mark was able to make me feel better about the stress I was having with trying to do the proper paperwork while on vacation in Ontario. Thank you

Got there at 6:40pm to a lineup of cars, joined the line. Waited until 7:20pm to finally drive my car into the garage they had only to be told that they “don’t have time to deal with me” that I “should have came in to check in” and that I have to come back tomorrow… 40 minutes before they closed at 8. Nobody came outside to warn or say anything to us as we were lining up. Spoke to two people on the phone, they said bring your car, license, insurance and ownership, nothing else, no “remember to check in” or anything like that. Very unprofessional and unacceptable crew working Nov. 5.

Very friendly and helpful staff. On one of your worst days, it’s nice to be treated with some compassion.

Very very slow one person writing report and inspection and answering on phone, waiting longer than one hour in day time.

Nothing like getting into a accident that is not your fault and having to come here to deal with the miserable young ladies behind the counter. Disgusting.
