The Sales department is phenomenal, especially Dee and Ron, but service is the worst in the industry! They have no regard for their customers, treat people disrespectfully, and lie about work being done and constantly given the run around about concerns with my vehicle.I booked an appointment at City Ford and had the problem fixed promptly. (Highly recommend)I have since been banished from entering Zender Ford for my honest customer survey. Definitely wouldn’t recommend their service department to anyone!

I recently had my car serviced here and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked through the door. They went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and confident in their services.One of the things I appreciated most was the convenient shuttle service they offered, which made it easy for me to get back to my day while my car was being worked on. It's great to see a dealership that truly values their customers' time and convenience.Most importantly, I felt like I was dealing with honest people who truly had my best interests at heart. They were upfront about what needed to be done and didn't try to push unnecessary services on me.Overall, I highly recommend Zender Ford for their excellent service, friendly staff, convenient shuttle service, and honest approach to car maintenance. I will definitely be returning for all my future car needs!

I recently had my car serviced here & was very pleased. I went there a hour earlier than my appointment time & they still accommodate me & gave me a shuttle back home. They kept me updated by text how things were going & when the car would be ready. The entire staff is very knowledgeable, helpful & friendly. I would definitely recommend Zender Ford. I am very satisfied with the whole process of buying my new maverick from Zender. And that's really saying something given a miscommunication resulted in me getting(and paying for) something I did not want. But mistakes happen.My salesperson, Diane C., was excellent. Good communications and very pleasant to deal with. And on the back end where the real selling typically happens I didn't experience any silly games that dealers have become famous for.Overall it was a great new car buying experience. Now let's keep our fingers crossed that the service department can hold up the ball.Update July 2023. Had my first encounter in service today for my first oil change. Express service was really Express. Service was quick and very friendly. I thought the price was high, but they rotated the tires as well which I appreciated greatly as I was thinking of have to do it myself. Got a bit lucky as it was Customer Appreciation Day, so we had a free burger too. Guess I can expect that every time. But overall the service was very professionally done, quick taking about an hour. Thanks Zender for another very satisfying experience.

My husband and I recently purchased a new-to-us vehicle from Zender Ford. Thank you to our salesman, Dan Clark, the process was better than we could have hoped for. Based on what we expressed interest in, he suggested a vehicle that fits our lifestyle and budget perfectly! He took time out of his evening to bring the vehicle to us to test drive, which was a huge help as we both work full time and have a very busy toddler (who also approves of the new ride! :) He then took time out of his Saturday to meet us at the dealership at a time convenient to us to pick up the vehicle, which was spotlessly clean and ready to go. Shelley in finance was lovely to work with as well! She let me contact her at a time convenient for me to sort out financing and the process was smooth. Options were laid out for me but I felt no sales pressure at any time. Even when arriving in the showroom, we were greeted kindly but felt no pressure. They even had a game in the showroom that occupied our toddler while we signed the purchase documents and Dan reviewed the vehicle with me, which I'm sure anyone with a busy toddler will appreciate. Lol.This was by far the easiest, most relaxed vehicle purchase I've ever experienced. And best of all - we came home with a vehicle we love driving! I highly recommend Dan, Shelley, and Zender Ford if you are in the market for a vehicle!

Only here for recall that was completed great!!! but I did ask mark(foreman) when it was in see if they could hook up to lap top on road test as to a code issue as I told mark what code was coming on-which when service rep called me back after recall completed he advised me a list of 5 or 6 things which internet had already told me and said after a brake booster was replaced no test drive was done and not required. First time to zender ford everyone I dealt with over phone was polite, friendly

I left my SUV at sender cord for a little check up, and the service team with just amazing. Adam in particular . Made my worries go away within our first talk. And was able to help me out at a resonable price point .They also hooked me up with enterprise for a rental and I got a pretty sweet rental for the week . No complaints. Will be back for sure

Paige was amazing. She took care of my car situation when i had flat tire. Her customer service was a top notch: very informative and keep updated when the car will be ready. The whole team was amazing. I would go back to zender ford for car service

Purchased a 2020 Ford Escape.Everything went smooth from the start.Sales lady was fantastic worked hard to reach my offer, sales manager was welcoming and straightforward and worked hard to meet my offer.I would definitely recommend Zender Ford to anybody in the market for a nee or used vehicle.Thanks again ZenderAl
