Truly terrible customer service. My roof started leaking and it's impossible to reach anyone, all calls go to voicemail, and if your lucky enough for them to call you back after your 4th voicemail even when they tell you they will send someone to take a look, they never do, and then continue to ignore your calls.

One of the Most Dishonest Roofer in the Business..When he installed my roof he cut one of the Valley tin to shortwhich should be 8 inches wide ..He add a piece of scrap aluminum 3 inches wide allowing ICE and Water to totally Rot my wood beam on my roof...Then and now he accepts no responsibility for his POOR WORKMENSHIP!!

I re-did my roof last summer with Monsieur Couvreur Inc and I am beyond pleased. They took the time to asses the damage on the old roof and didn't break the bank as far as pricing for the new one.They were professional and prompt throughout the process. I highly recommend them to anyone that needs a new roof on their home.

Monsieur Couvreur Inc did my parents roof last year. After several quotes we really appreciated their honest opinion on the status of the old roof and the competitive pricing. M.Couvreur did the roof for my Depanneur a few weeks ago. I am really happy with their job. Robert gave me almost 3000$ less than another company in ile perrot and did a really good job. Robert and his crew were very friendly and professional .I will recommend this company to my family and friends.

Roof vent broke within 1 year, and they been telling me for one month they will fix it next week, meanwhile rain coming in. Even offered to pay for the repair to save my house but still no response. Need to have someone else fix and take them to court.
