Le Bonne Entente

One of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed in. Great restaurant, pool area, and very comfortable rooms. Staff was very friendly and helpful, would absolutely stay again if in Quebec City. Highly recommend.

I stayed in room 224 and there were a few things that I felt did not live up to the hotel’s reputation! In the room we could see water pipes, in the ceilings, old carpet with stains, old furniture, very little counter space in the BR and a shower curtain that would stick to you! But the staff was amazing and the gardens surrounding the hotel are wonderful!! The feeling like you are in a Botanical Garden!! I would have like to have had the chance to try the pool and jacuzzi but did not have the chance unfortunately! The restaurant, the food were also wonderful! I will go back but maybe book another type of room!

The bed was too hard and the pillows too squishy. We did not sleep well at allI think charging $20 per night for parking is too high considering the location of this hotel...maybe if the bon entente was in the same proximity to the old port as the Port Royal, the price could be justifiable but not at 8 + kilometers from the city centre

The room was clean but the facility was old and the light bulbs were missing.I was surprised when at checkout they asked 100CAD more than what I had on my reservation confirmation.After half an hour and discussion with management they accepted it. Without apology that it was their fault and wasting my time.The breakfast and dinner were super expensive and didn't worth the priceIt's far from the city but the only advantage was the outdoor hot tub.They even charged 19cad for parking per night!

Staying at Le Bonne Entente was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The staff members were incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that every aspect of our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms were beautifully designed, and impeccably clean. The hotel's amenities were top-notch, providing everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The location of the hotel was ideal, with convenient access to local attractions (almost 25 min. drive to each location). Overall, we were highly impressed with the hotel's commitment to providing exceptional service and creating a memorable stay. We can't wait to visit again in the future.

If I could give it a 10 stars I would. We were there for a 5 day stay. We had a beautiful room, staff was above and beyond accommodating, food was incredible, the beds and linens were incredible, the Bathroom was very large and smelled heavenly,the pool and jacuzzi were delightful, the grounds were relaxing and beautiful as was the lounge.

Highly would not recommend this place. Key failed twice and we were left with no help. Management was not sincere not offer a good solution to remedy the situation. Will not go back.They authorized my card when I told them to wait. They did not listen, few moments later an invoice was sent to my email. The excuse the manager gave was “it was a mistake”.

We enjoyed our stay: great service, clean room, and environment—a well-setup suite for our family. I highly recommend Le Bonne Entente to friends and family. However, the entrance staircase to our room needed to be more welcoming; it required maintenance. It looks like an abandoned staircase of an old apartment. But when you are in the room, it is really nice.
