Dr. Kim and the lady in the back room (who helped with my mom’s appointment) were amazing, polite, open minded and understandable. However, the two ladies at the front really need to reevaluate themselves as they were rude and disrespectful. It was surprising to feel the unwelcoming vibe as soon as we walked in and their lack of willingness to understand our health situation. I honestly prefer to not go back because of them but my mom’s health is super crucial than some unhappy workers. Please know that those entering the office are already coming in anxious so when the front two receptionists have attitudes, it makes it hard for that client to want to return or interact with them.

Awful. Dr Kim did my C section and my scar is huge and so long. It’s the ugliest scar I have ever seen and I have seen many. If you value your appearance don’t go to him

Dr. Kenyon is fantastic! She's calm, direct, and very reassuring. You can tell she really cares about her patients. I couldn't imagine having a better Dr throughout this pregnancy and I'm thankful she'll be doing my C-section if all works out as planned

Horrible experience with this clinic. I would give it 0 stars if I could. The staff is so incredibly rude, right off my first appointment there for my first pregnancy. They wouldn’t allow my husband in with me due to covid. But the receptionist was so rude to me about it, and said “in case you haven’t noticed there is a pandemic going on in the world.” Her attitude was disgusting and uncalled for because all I asked her was if my husband would be allowed inside. She made my first appointment a terrible experience and it was something I was really looking forward to. I ended up in tears because I couldn’t believe she had just spoken to me so aggressively. I told Dr. Kenyon why I was so upset and her response was I can recommend you to another doctor if you want. She was an okay doctor. I ended up getting pre-clampsia and she was not equipped as a doctor to deal with that. There was no advice ever given to me. She honestly seemed to not even care about me as a patient. I was just another appointment of the day for her. Because of her lack of care, my pre-clampsia got so severe I ended up with hellp syndrome at 30 weeks.I would suggest everyone avoid this clinic. There are much better clinics out there who treat their patients with respect and actually care about their well-being.

Very kind ,ladies at the front. Wonderful staff .Dr Tuffnell has to be one of the kindest physicians ,listens ,gives choices on what works ,based onWhat I needed. Thorough.I'd recommend this office and Dr without hesitation.

I can't say enough about Dr. Kenyon! She was amazing. Being a high risk pregnancy from the start, she was calm, collected and gentle! I appreciate how informative she is and loved that she was ok with me bringing a list of questions almost everytime I came in. She took the time to answer all my questions and gave me reassurance around every turn! Love her!! ❤️

Dr. Kenyon was fantastic during my entire pregnancy. I never felt rushed and she always listened to my concerns and answered my questions thoroughly. Being a nurse, I’ve interacted with a lot of doctors and she has to be one of my favorites. Very kind and reassuring. Put my mind at ease even when my water broke in her office! I only wish she was on call the day I delivered my baby. I will definitely go to her again if I’m lucky enough to have a second baby!

Dr Kim really is amazing he delivered my son just over a week ago and made me feel very comfortable and at ease during the whole c section procedure. He makes you feel and know you are in safe hands! I highly recommend him and would have him deliver any future baby’s of mine in the future

Worst experience of my life. I’ve never felt this disrespected by a doctor before. After explaining all my symptoms, pain levels and showing all my irregular blood test levels…. Dr. Kenyon replies with “I don’t know why that’s happening. You seem fine. Levels are fine. You probably do have some hormonal related disorders. But just take birth control, it could help with period pain.”She ignored every single thing I said, made me feel so stupid. And it felt like she wanted to get out of the room after a few minutes of speaking. Would NEVER go back to her or recommend her to anyone.Even told my family doctor and other practitioners about the experience and they were all shocked and confused on how she treated me.Do yourself a favour and go see a naturopath regarding women’s hormonal health instead.

Dr. Kim did my c section and our beautiful baby girl was born Aug 28th. We had a non stress test and baby was not moving very much. There were a few other factors also and the best thing was to be born. Dr. Kim was absolutely amazing! Very kind and sweet throughout the whole process. Couldn’t have asked for a better outcome! She’s happy and healthy. Healing has been fanatic no issues at all. Thank you again
