When we called, the owner was very responsive, very kind and came over right away to take measurements on our house; then we had to call to ask the pricing, we had to call again to ask how he wanted boards hung up in order to be able to attach the gutters, and then he never showed up! We like to support small business, and local people but this was just not the greatest experience we had.
