It was a stroke of good fortune the day I spotted an Aquascape Pool & Spa truck on my way to work. Trying to get ahold of pool companies for a quote in 2020-2021 was challenging. Mike is a great guy and called me right back within 10 minutes of leaving a message and answered all my questions. After his visit and us deciding to proceed with the pool, Mike designed images of how it would look in the backyard and sent variations of pool colours to help in the decision of the final colour. He is always prompt to answer emails and texts.Fast forward to the installation. Mike and his crew were very friendly, helpful and accommodating (we enlarged the original design size of patio, full length step down from porch, curve the concrete sides of patio, etc.)It was a pleasure working with Mike and his crew and I would 100% recommend Aquascape Pool & Spa Ltd.

Mike and his crew stepped in to help us close our pool when the pool company we had been dealing with previously never got around to responding to us. We found Mike to be extremely responsive and helpful. He taught us a lot about our pool that we did not know and ways that we can maintain it that we didn’t know about. I’m really grateful for how quickly they jumped in to help us as I was worried we were going to go into the winter without a properly closed pool. Their main business is brand new pool installs so the fact they helped us out at all just speaks to what a great person Mike is.I would not hesitate to work with them again or recommend their services.

Aquascape opened our pool May, 2021. They were professional, on time and reasonable priced. They also discovered that piping was reversed in error when the pool was closed last season by a different pool company. Thank goodness all was corrected for us to enjoy our pool over the long weekend! Thanks Mike and crew!

Was very happy with Mike and crew. Mike is very detailed oriented. Crew is very friendly and always there when expected. We ran into a few issues, but they were responsive and got them all fixed up. Would highly recommend if looking to get a fibreglass pool.

Mike and his crew did a wonderful job installing our pool and the landscaping surrounding it. Our backyard has been transformed into a beautiful oasis!
