We hired this company to take us to and from the Garth Brooks concert. Understandably, they were busy and we were patient. The ride to the concert went smoothly, I was then provided the number for our pick up driver so I could touch base and arrange a pick up time. I texted him at 5:30pm asking for a 12:30am pick up time. At 10:30 he texted me back saying it would be closer to 1:00am. When the concert was over at 11:30, I texted him asking him if he could be any earlier and he said no so we went into a restaurant shortly before midnight to get some food. After the concert, they were extremely busy so we didn't get our food until 12:15am. At 12:20, I received a text from our driver saying he was outside and that we had to leave right now because he had other pickups. When I told him that we just received our food and would be out when we were finished, he proceeded to call the rest of our party and say that we (3 out of 8) refused to leave and that he had to leave right now. The 3 of us that were eating were left downtime by this company and we had to pay for a taxi back to Beaumont after paying them $500. They also picked up the remainder of our party in a dirty limo with used glasses and empty wine bottles. Gross.I then talked to the owner (Sam? or Alex?) and he promised me 20% off my next ride and a free bottle of champagne (As if I'm ever using this company again). That promise was on Saturday, I still haven't received my Coupon" and it's now Monday afternoon.Spend the money on a legit company."
