I hate the Hatley return policy.I bought a pyjama set for my daughter. They did not fit so we went to the store. While there she chose the shorts vs. the long pants I had purchased. The store would not refund the difference even though we had the receipt.Poor customer service.

I do not understand why people seem so upset...It is a family run company that still cares about Customers and more importantly for me the quality of their clothing! I have had many items for my children from Hatley and I will continue to buy their clothing as the quality just speaks for itself! They use Azo free dyes, no PVC in their raincoats etc...I would highly recommend their clothing! Keep on going Hatley!

Cute little boutique with high quality children's clothing. Encountered friendly, helpful staff both on the phone and in person. Paid street parking is available right outside which is convenient on busy Yonge St.
