The reason service only got a 3 was the guy taking our order was not attentive and had to ask someone how to make it plus he typed the order in my wife ordered the vanilla coconut latte and got a vanilla coconut cappuccino since it was first time trying either she never complained

Arrived at 8:56pm on Tuesday May 16 2023. Your hours indicate open until 10pm. Teenage worker putting cones to block off drivethru and seen me. Continued to add cones and walk away. Went to enter. Door locked.Not very professional to close your doors early and have the hours marked incorrectly wasting my time.

I usually pass by this Tim's on my way to work and grab a french vanilla. lately they have been making it very differently and its not good. also the bagels have been stale in the mornings.

I'm not to sure what's going on anymore! Or why I even bother at this point. My most recent trip to Timmies for an Americano and a belt I found myself without coffee, as the machine was down. And then, followed up with no egg on my belt. I later confronted a manager to express my displeasure. As compensation I was given an extra piece of bacon on the sandwich I just ordered. I'm such a glutton for punishment..... Why don't I just start going to Wendy's:) the coffees great and so are their breakfast.Well.... It's settled then. So long old pal Tim, and hello to my new breakfast friend, Wendy ')

Never recieved a wrong order, but usually wait approximately 10 minutes in the drive thru. I'm sure that's normal for the day time. It is super frustrating when I show up at 9:40pm and everything is closed, when Google says they are open until 10pm. I get things happen but this is a common theme in Cobourg and the unreliability of business' Google pages is frustrating. If you aren't open until 10pm, it's very easy to update your Google page.

This has to be the worst tims in Ontario. I can't believe how many times they've completely messed up my order and for amount of times I've over paid for the food they gave, these people might as well be stealing from me. The incompetence is unreal.If at all possible would recommend a different tims. They all aren't great but this ones just terrible. Be better.

Worst tim hortons in town. In the drive through for at least 15 minutes each time. Ice cap.machine never up and running with no signs at the drive through so people dont waste their time in the long wait times

I came in for a coffee with my friend today, Sunday April 16. It wasn't busy at all. We went up to the counter and waited to be helped. And waited. And waited more. There were 6 people working and nobody acknowledged us. We waited at least 10 minutes. The couple in front of us were waiting for their order. An order of 5 coffees. We already left the store, were talking to people outside for another 5 minutes before that same couple came out with their drinks.I've never in my life experienced such bad non service at a Tim Hortons. The staff knew we were waiting at the counter, they kept walking past us back and forth.

For the price you pay for food you would think that the toasted bagel would be at least warm. Not cold that the butter wouldn't melt.
