I called Cardy several weeks ago to discuss warranty repair on a Hoover handheld. I spoke with Don and was thoroughly impressed by his attitude, sense of humour and of course his product knowledge. So much so that rather than dealing with the warranty and long wait times to repair my Hoover, I went to see him a few days later to buy something that would suit my needs. That is exactly what I got at a price I was willing to pay. Thanks to Don Hardy for making my vacuum shopping a pleasant experience. I love my Miele C3

Shout out to the west end location of Cardy Vacuume for their exceptional service. I got my last unit from them about 17-18 years ago and needed to replace it. So I called in for some information and guidance and made my Order online today and had it at my door in about 4 hours!! Thank you, so nice to see consistent amazing service!

Solatube Experience:Cardy is head and shoulders above any other retailer and I was quoted by three different companies. Cardy was the best price and the most professional - from consultation to installation. Paul is beyond knowledgeable and TRUSTWORTHY. He doesn’t try to oversell and truly cares about the customer experience. Kyle and his installation team are delightful people who provide quality workmanship. Tons of parts with extremely helpful staff!I was able to find parts for our Kenmore vacuum. The staff didn't try to upsell is on anything. Just provided us with what we needed and in a timely fashion.They have a huge selection of parts on hand so you'll probably find exactly what you're looking for.

I recently ordered bags and a filters for my Electrolux Canister Vacuum. I was promptly called when were available in a week, as promised. Because the Electrolux no longer manufactures vacuums these bags will eventually be discontinued, however, Cardy West, on Colonnade, Ottawa, assured me that they will be able to supply suitable bags and filters.I appreciate the friendly, prompt, professional service and feel confident that I can depend on Cardy for future cleaning needs.

We had a problem with our year old Dyson vacuum took it to Cardy ,got a call about an hour later and were advised they had solved the problem and our unit was ready for pick up . The best part they did not charge us for their service. We highly recommend Cardy for any vacuum service or new units.
