Go for the young installers! Not taking anything away from the experienced ones (I’ve had jobs done by both by Arden) but these guys did a fabulous job of our shower and we’re so pleased!

We used Chris and his team at Arden Tile to do the tub surround for our upstairs and downstairs bathrooms. On both occasions Chris was very helpful, friendly and quick to respond to follow up questions about our project. His team at the store were also very helpful in picking out the tile and figuring out a grout colour and schulter edge that complimented the tile. Both tub surrounds turned out great. We are especially please with the upstairs bathroom that was completed recently. The tile setter, Dustin, paid great attention to detail, was thoughtful, organized, neat and tidy, polite, curtious and we could barely tell he was working in the house. I don't think we could possibly ask for any more. I won't hesitate to go back to Arden Tile for our next tiling project.

Extremely impressed! we tiled over a fireplace and our installer was fantastic! Extremely intricate work in some spots. He was courteous, on time, communicative and extremly professional. Our electrician said the quality of work was VERY good. Will be back for certain!

We have been to many tile and flooring stores. Arden Tile has the best selection of beautiful tiles. By far the best care and attention from their staff too.Saturdays- the close early at 1 pm.

We did a major renovation of our house awhich included replacing most of the flooring on one level we had a tough job to match 20 years old slate in an area so that it looked like it was all done at the same time. Dennis did an amazing job you would never know that this new piece of tile was added to what was already there. They did a fantastic job laying luxury vinyl over a variety of different tiles that we already had in the house.Many many thanks for all your hard work and patience with us

Canadian Builders has used Arden Tile exclusively for all of our builds for a couple of years now. They have provided us with great service, fair pricing and quality work. They have friendly, professional staff and installers, and I can trust them to do the job right. They do much more than tile, including vinyl plank, hardwood and carpet. Great company and great people.

Dennis and his staff are wonderful! The installers were very professional and did a great job! My best takeaway is that Dennis did not try to upsell us to luxury product. He intuitively knew our application and our needs and showed us tiles that were within our budget. Thanks Arden Tile!!
