The worst Kitchen commercial equipment supplier. I bought 3 New Air equipment last August from them. In 9 months tge hot display broke down 3 times and the cold hold refrigerator display broke down 2 times. Each time they broke down I had to close my bakery for 1 week at a time, that's how long it takes them to fix them. Last week the hot hold display broke down again and I finally had itand asked a new unit. My bakery is closed for 1 week today and still haven't got tge new unit. I have come across the worst costumers service and a very unreliable company. People should ask around before they buy equipment from this company. I will NEVER buy anything from them ever again.

Fast pick up

4 months ago, I purchased a fridge and freezer display units for my bakery’s front of house. The fridge randomly stopped cooling and a lot of my food perished inside. We have called and emailed several times with vague responses of ‘a technician will be there tomorrow’ but no time line, and no technician ever shows up. We have called, left voice messages and emailed this past week, and again one vague response via email ‘the technician with try to stop in today or tomorrow’. That was 2 days ago - and still no one has shown up. We have since called and emailed again, and now we are getting the cold shoulder. This is our first time purchasing units with Nella and were forced into getting the warrantee thru Distex. Incredibly disappointed. The loss of food and sales are unimaginable, especially as a small business trying to stay afloat during a pandemic. It’s incredible that you will still take a full payment from my account in a few days when this is week 2 now with no fridge unit = no fresh food sales. Very disappointed in the lack of service this company has provided.

On Feb 2022 I bought New Air single door cooler NGR036H from Ancaster food equipment and to my great surprise in less than a year it collapsed! For me then to realize that the selling company does not handle the warranty and I had to contact Ether Inc or Ether integrated solutions whom do not cover Mississauga area! And advised me to check myself for a local repair and send them the bill then they managed to appoint Distex to do the job whom apparently have no office! Their technicians diagnose and fix the errors by searching google and watching repair territorials on youtube!! And ofcourse they don’t carry a stock of spare parts. To add more drama, they use the cheapest possible corier service that never delivers to bring parts from Montreal. This unit has collapsed 3 times so far!! And everytime it takes around a month to repair. They don’t compensate for the damage produce or the loss of revenue. They do not offer a substitute unit until they fix their faulty unit. By all means this is a terrible experience that lead to one conclusion is to never buy that brand New Air.

In contact with their customer service for months after purchasing an ice cream freezer that accumulate an outrageous amount of ice - THEY WANT ME TO PAY FOR WARRANTY SERVICE - if they send a technician to me and that person decided it is not malfunctioning to their standard then I have to pay for the technician or I can have a new unit if I pay for additional shipping - BUYER BEWARE - the end result was just that I pay or get nothing.
