Do not recommend. Terrible communication and “Jeff” and “Ashley” feel the need to insult potential clients. Don’t waste your time with contractors who will treat you poorly, especially when they talk about you in disgusting ways to their fellow employees.Home/garage renovations should be exciting and staff should be welcoming and kind throughout. You clearly will not get this service here if this is how staff treat leads off the get-go.

I got my concrete pad done by garage masters. Actually, they used another 3rd party to do my concrete. The 3rd party did an excellent job on pouring my concrete. Them, I would recommend, but not garage masters. Garage Masters provided incomplete information to me, which caused me more money due to labor and materials. They wouldn't even own up to it. As I messaged them, they said that it is THEIR standard practice. How would I know what THEIR standard practice is? If you need your concrete done, I would recommend not going through garage masters. Go straight to a concrete guy as he can provide you all the info and spec you need.edited: they mentioned that it is common practice to double check everything, which I agree but to compare it to what? It is also common practice to inform customers on any changes that deviated from the plan. The hand drawn plan shows differently from what they have built. Furthermore, they mentioned that there are no documentation to support their claim on their standard" practice. They assume that the customer knows everything."

Garage Masters is an excellent company!!! Right from the start, Chris was fabulous for working with me to write up an estimate that covered what I wanted built. I needed a single car garage with a storage room on the back. Plus, I badly needed a new storm door on my home.I must say that each and every one of the people that worked on my garage gave great service and worked hard to build me the best garage. Thomas came and installed my new storm door and adjusted some locks. He was also there every step of the way inspecting the work that had been done. Christelle was wonderful, keeping track of the financial end of things. I have to comment on the men who did the cement pad. When they were pouring the cement, it was like a symphony watching them move and never once coming in contact with each other and the result was an excellent cement pad! Thank you to all who worked on my little garage and to Bert, who oversaw the coordination of the people doing the building!

Garage Masters floor coverings and renovations are top notch . The flooring, slatwall and cladding looks amazing. The installers we friendly, courteous and answered all my questions during the process.Would highly recommend them for all your garage needs.

We hired garage Masters to build us a garage and spent $1,000 for them to do up the plan. The salesman came back out to our home and we had some modifications that we wanted done to the plans. We were told that we could do one free adjustment to the plans and that it wouldn't be a problem. Time went by and we had called and left messages for him to contact us and heard nothing back. It is now been 4 years with no response. It seems like they just wanted to take $1,000 and not build us a garage. We were very disappointed and we would not recommend this company as they are very unprofessional.

This is the second time we have used garage masters; the first was for converting a carport with single garage into a double, and the most recent being for a smaller" job of replacing an existing garage door & motor. Chris was excellent to deal with

GarageMasters built my workshop! I appreciated all the time Ray Bjelland spent with me to get my wishes and specifications and they did a terrific job building it for me. All of the staff have been friendly and helpful.

In reading these reviews I must say I am surprised at some of the comments. They do not reflect my experience with GarageMasters. I absolutely love there garage floor product and the installation process was well done. And when I had a small issue that was not at all GarageMasters fault, Kevin and Brad were quick to come out and see the problem, and repair it under warranty. I highly recommend GarageMasters.

Company replaced some hardware on my windows that they installed 6-7 years ago , even though they are no longer installing windows .

We chose Garage Masters in an effort to eliminate having to coordinate multiple trades, but were forced to do that anyways, and actually cancelled a portion of the work they were hired to do. Their prices are overinflated, communication is almost non-existent (you will have to chase them), and their customer service leaves much to be desired. We’re still trying to figure out what they’re the masters of?They sent one person to drywall the whole space. Tons of divets from the drill bit, boards weren’t aligned, cuts were terrible etc. Thank goodness our mudders were able to conceal the poor workmanship.We would encourage any prospective clients to get quotes from other companies, or manage the work themselves. Would not recommend.
