Nice clothing store, there were many options for suits, Button downs and other things. They tailor your suit or pants if it needs it. The staff are very helpful and help choose what works well together. However, they do try to upsell you on stuff.

On Sunday, my experience at the Moores branch on Yonge and Richmond was a mix of highs and lows. Carmen assisted us in selecting a suit for a ceremony, and we appreciated his help. However, after trying on the pants, it was clear that they didn't fit properly. As a result, we were asked to pay an additional $65 for alterations. During the checkout process, Carmen assured us that if we were unsatisfied with the alterations, we would receive a full refund without any questions asked, as they prioritize customer satisfaction.Disappointingly, when we returned on Thursday, four days later, the pants were far from being satisfactory. We approached the tailor for assistance, and Zaheed, the team lead, informed us that the issue would be addressed by the following Thursday. To our surprise, Zaheed also mentioned that Carmen had no authority to make the promise of a full refund if we were dissatisfied with the suit.While I appreciate the helpfulness of the staff and the overall quality of the suit, it's disheartening to spend an additional $65 on alterations and not receive pants that fit properly. Given the urgency of the upcoming ceremony, waiting an additional 7 days for the suit to be fixed is inconvenient.I intend to revisit the store next week and give them another chance to rectify the fitting issues (attached is a picture of the suit after the alterations, which clearly shows the problems). If the problems persist, I hope they will honor their commitment and provide me with a full refund, as promised.

I have a wedding to attend and chose to visit this location. We were warmly greeted by Reanne who assisted us throughout our shopping. She was very helpful and worked super hard to find things within my budget, great style and fit. She had a great sense of humour while still remaining professional at all times. I needed my pants hemmed and she was able to have it completed in 20 minutes so I wouldn't have to come back. She made the experience seamless and super easy. Thanks so much for your effort and helping make the process less painful. The selection at the store was good considering what has taken place over the past couple years in retail and supply chain and comparing against other competitors.

What an experience! Their team was very helpful, offering size measurements and suit combination recommendations.We got Shareef who was the most helpful employee. Some of the other colleagues will bounce off suggestions and help out but he has an eye for fashion. Offering both safe and outgoing options, we were able to nail down a blue and black suit for a wedding. If you are not sure about your choice, they can reserve your outfit for another day as well in case you need time to think about the purchase. Moores is definitely your one-stop shop for men's wear from head to toe!Also, they offer suit rentals and have some ready-to-try-on suit jackets in the back if you're unsure of your fit. Additionally, you can ask them to fill out a measurement card if you need to get it for another store.

An absolutely disgusting manager, named Sheriff. I bought a waistcoat from Moores after few days the stretches was getting opened and buttons, I have asked my wife to take it back to them and return or get it fixed, took it back and they told my wife they will fix it and it will be ready in 5 days time which is crazy long wait for a 10 minute fix. However we waited for 7 days and when my wife went to pick it up, she noticed that the button was not fixed. They asked if we can come back next day to pick it up. And we needed it asap because we had an event to attend. So my wife asked the lady who was helping her if she can refund and re purchase it, she said she will call the Manager, manager came out with any absolutely disgusting attitude by yelling and say we make mistakes and much more, at that time I was on a call with my wife listening to the conversation. She Felt so embarrassed and almost cried. And just agreed with what Ever he told her. He also mentioned that if she returned the item, he will not allow her to purchase again from them. I was a very loyal customer to them , I got all my clothes for my wedding and for my best men from them. Always if I have any events to attend I go straight to Moores .Very very disappointed how he spoke to my wife. I normally don’t write these kind of reviews, but because of listening to the conversation and my wife felt like crying. Every other person that works at Moore in that store is great. I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else.

It is unbelievable that this is the store for downtown Toronto. The staff are incredibly unhelpful and sometimes cannot be found in the store. You can wander around the entire store in the hopes that someone will help you but will be lucky if you spot someone. Once you do find them, you’re lucky if they even pay attention to you. Even if you get a custom suit and spend hundreds of dollars, they will still only give you the bare minimum of attention at best. If you get a suit delivered to the store, they will hand it to you crumpled and creased. You have to ask for the suit to be pressed. Finally, they hand the suit to you in a plastic bag and don’t even have garment bags for custom suits much less regular ones. The store is a joke and the experience is terrible. Save yourself some money and headaches and go anywhere else. Shame on you Moores for this horrendous experience.

Order for an off the rack suit was promised to come within 2 weeks for friend’s wedding. Ended up taking a month for suit to come in, barely made the deadline for when I needed the suit. Despite being measured by staff the suit fit horrendously. Ended up needing to spend almost $100 in custom/rush tailoring. Would not recommend this location to anyone.

I've gone to this location many times over the years and customer service is very hit and miss. Honestly, if you aren't already in nice clothes and look like you have money to spend, you will get ZERO help from the staff. I went in a hoodie and salesmen actively avoided me. I'm in my 30's and have a bit of a dad bod". The employee I was dealing with basically told me that they don't have shirts that fit me.I'll still keep going back as it is a convenient location and there are some really good deals on the clearance rack. It's too bad the staff act so smug and clearly work on commission."

The products are really good and the prices are really good as well. I want to visit the store again but at the same time there were two guys who helped me and I would say I had a terrible experience with them. I am not from India but they started talking Hindi with me without asking and also the pronouns they used for a customers are terrible. They need to learn how to behave with customers so bad. There is no two words about the products. They are top notch but the problem is the staff who helped me. They treated me as I wanted something for free.
