After I placed my order, I received my jewelry within two days. It was extremely fast. Bear in mind that they also have a warehouse in the US, so don’t be surprised why it did not ship from Canada (as I was). The stainless steel jewelry is high quality; very sturdy. Unfortunately, this was a gift I purchased for my husband and he said the pendant was too big for his liking. Colin gave me no issues on returning the item. As soon as I sent Colin the tracking information, he immediately refunded me as well. It was a pleasure shopping from Ericol Jewelry and I do plan to make future purchases.
