Absolutely the worst experience ever!!! Switch winter tires to summer, check for leaks no? Guess they don't since I drove home to have a leaking tire, then told I can wait, never would I go there again for anything!!

At first glance this location appears disorganized and in constant change. This could be due in part to being in the North where you pretty much need every seasonal item available all the time. The pleasant surprise is the customer service...I have yet to be disappointed. If you can't find something, my experience has shown that the staff would be more than helpful in assisting in locating the item...even if it was still in the back stockroom. For a small town location, this place does alright!

Purchased a few items yesrerday including a marked down item and was charged full price but didn't notice until I got to work. I waited 5 minutes in an empty line while the cashier was on the store phone dealing with a cusomer. When they got off the phone they processed my order while talking to other associates. I had a similar experience before Christmas with same cashier talking on a cell phone while processing my order. Such poor customer service that seems to be the new standard emerging.
