I sent a box almost 2 months ago and till now it has not arrived yet. I phoned in to inquire about it and the one who answered said she's busy and asked me to phone back in 10 min, she also took my name. After 10 min, i called in again but no one was answering. Kept doing that in 20 minutes but still the same, it kept ringing then afterwards maybe they got annoyed and so they just turned on the voice mail even if their office hours isn't over yet. I have paid for the shipment and the items in the box, how can't they attend to simple inquiries. They'd ask you to phone back and yet they would never pick up the phone. So gutted and disappointed, i would never use their service again

Poor Customer service we have an appointment that our box will be picked up at 3- 4 in the afternoon they cancel it the day itself and reschedule it the next day same time (4 pm), then come the next day its been 4:30 already and nobody comes to pick up the box we called them asking if they’re picking it up and a lady told us they will pick it up but we said we have appointment at 5 pm they said oh its almost 5 why you just called now? I mean really I told the lady we have been booked around 3-4 and nobody comes that’s why we called then suddenly she passed the phone to another guy. And we got rebooked again.

My box was scheduled for pick-up on Friday at 5pm onwards, I tried to follow up their whereabouts but nobody answer my call. I waited til 9pm but nobody came, I called the office (all 3 phone numbers) but no answer and nobody care to return my call until now (Monday) or even bother to explain why it was not pick-up. VERY POOR SERVICE, I WILL NOT RECOMMEND

I sent my 2 boxes November 16, 2022 until now May 25 my box haven't delivered yet. Its their duty to push the forwarder to deliver it since its already in Philippines. How come they can't do something for that? The service sucked.

Going on 4 months since we shipped our boxes with this company, have not arrived at their destination. They never answer their phone so we can inquire. When I dropped off the boxes, I was required to carry then without assistance up their back stairs, no customer service whatsoever.LBC if your listening, please set up a shipping point in Edmonton, your still the best, service, people and tracking that works.Update Feb 1, 2019, stopped by their office, decided to call them to see their reaction to the phone ringing, it rang and the ladie sitting beside the phone ignored it. We inquired about our boxes whereabouts, and was told we would receive an email with their last known location. Still awaiting any communication.

I use sunfreight to send my BBB and they are always reliable. For the past 4 years since using their service I haven't gotten any bad experience. My box always arrived back home around the month that they should, none of the goods are damaged or missing. I don't know why they have such a low rating here and I can only vouch for my experience and their service has been excellent for me so far. Kuya that picks up the box is always nice too.

We sent a balikbayan box before Covid. Amidst the Covid and hardship in Manila, we thought that our box would have been looted and was resigned if it would have been proclaimed lost. When my 96 year old mother in law messaged us that she received it a few weeks ago, we were so happy because the elderly lady needed the medicine supplies. Thank you Sunfreight for coming through during covid's difficult times.

Inefficient and poor customer service, it took 7 months and almost lost my box and no one answers the phone nor reply emails. I’m fortunate enough to have an agent that really cares and help me communicate with Sunfreight.Suggestion: Please follow up deliveries and get proof of it being delivered to the consignee and confirm signature with the sender.
