Good service and nice people only issue was I asked them to do some body work on the truck I was buying they sent it to a third party place to get it done and it was very difficult to find an answer on when the truck was gonna be done there was lots of he said she said and the detailing job was mid at best but good customer service just some issues outside the dealership

Absolutely recommend Davis representatives. Tony, Alex and Jarrett were very friendly and professional. As well as other receptionists. They also make quick work to make sure their customers are quickly taken care of. Very impressed with their service!

Absolutely stellar group of people. I've had many positive experiences with this dealership, but today stands out as one of the best yet!We had our work van in for an oil change and tire rotation (quick lube) but it wouldn't start when they went to do the work. As you can imagine, they were booked solid with holidays and recent weather, so it wasn't likely we could get a tech to look at for a few days (at the earliest).Mark (Service Manager) told me he would see what he could do, but that I should be prepared for a few days at the least. By 3pm he called to let me know they had a tech free up from another job and that had been able to diagnose and repair my issue.I can't speak highly enough of how I was treated today; bad news was delivered courteously and professionally, and they were careful to not over-promise. In the end, they under-promised and over-delivered. You won't find better customer service than this anywhere!

We bought our new truck from Davis and it was the easiest and quickest process we’ve ever had! They staff was professional and knowledgeable and so easy to work with!

Cole made buying the truck easy and painless. I was coming from out of town so I was worried about the condition of the truck but he sent me thorough pictures and videos and made the whole process simple. Definitely would come back in the future
