I had seen a TV in their shop that really caught my eye. Went in there a couple weeks later and they helped me out, no problem. Answered all my questions, gave me a great deal on the TV and even helped me out with another dvd/vcr TV that needed fixing. Great place, great people!

My washer died on Thursday. At 4:30 that afternoon, I purchased a new one from Kimballs. The salesperson was very knowledgeable and helpful. She went the extra mile to arrange next day delivery that fit into my very narrow availability. Friday at 10:15 the washer was delivered, set up, and my old washer removed by two highly professional people. They made sure the washer worked and explained its features. I would not get this personal attention or speedy delivery from any large box store. Kimball appliance is my first and only choice for purchasing appliances.

Jane the sales rep was very down to earth and honest. She was very knowledgeable about her job. The install by Bill and Brian was top notch with a very close eye to detail. I would highly recommend them and I will definitely use them again.

My daughter and I just bought an air conditioner from them and the employees there were amazing! They were so helpful and nice! One of the girls even offered to follow us and drop it off for us. I highly recommend coming here for anything you need.

Very good experience. I purchased a washing machine from them. The Sales Lady was very helpful. They delivered the next day at a reasonable cost. I did purchase the 5 year extended warranty for the washer through Kimball themselves. Hopefully I wont need to use it anytime soon, but if I do, I guess we'll see how that goes.
