Went for breakfast. There was no one in the drive thru, 1 car after me. Ordered the great Canadian breakfast, no margarine on the toast, sunnyside up eggs with soft yolk. I got burnt toast with an excess of margarine and egg whites that weren't fully cooked. You no longer offer butter, even at a price. No salt or pepper in the bag for the eggs which had neither on them, they were very bland. The bacon and sausage were okay. I don't think I'll be back for breakfast. This was not worth the almost $10 it cost me.

The restaurant was clean and the service was fast, there was no waiting. The server was courteous and pleasant. The restaurant was clean and in good order. I ordered the best burger ever. In my opinion it was not the best burger ever. I think a teenburger would beat it except for possibility the quality of the ground beef. I did not care for the battered deep fried pickles. It was my first time trying the best burger ever, and I had to do it to find out if it were true. It was not but now I know.

I stopped by A&W for a late lunch today. Ordered the Buddy burger, onion rings and root beer to dine in. The lady at the register was prompt to take my order and the food was prepared in a timely manner. It was served fresh and all tasted good! Am overall happy with this experience.

I love A&W! As a vegetarian, it is one of the only places I can go and get the old 50's drive-in/fast food experiences. There's just something about the beyond meat that reminds me of a real burger without hurting my stomach (I'm looking at you impossible burger!). The onion rings are just as good as they've always been and the fries taste like real potatoe. I highly recommend for a nice meal out!

We had a less than pleasant experience our burgers were cold and when we went back to the drive thru the lady in charge basically called us liars and was done listening to us. For $25.50 we got one order of onion rings(hot and tasty) and two drinks with cold burgers. Highly unlikely I’ll be there anytime soon

Took them forever to get my order done, food tasted like they didn't know how to use any salt, no flavor. Could've been eating a hockey puck and not been able to tell the difference. Bought iced coffees with sweet cream, weren't even full, when I asked why they were not full I was told a machine does it, uh ok the machine should fill it then?? literally missing a third of my drink, and half the drink was ice! This place is a disaster in regards to quality, quantity and customer service.

A&W Hop Night / Car Show.Parking lot is full of cars and Enthusiasts as a scheduled event.One Cashier working, patrons lined up to the door, and not very happy.I finally bought a root beer and it was the absolute worst I’ve ever had from an A&W.It tasted like straight syrup, without any carbonation!Friends who were at the last event told me it was the same, a few weeks ago.Somebody might want to look into the quality control for your featured beverage, and maybe hire or schedule more help?

Went to the drive thru and was rushed through by the late shift asked for a combo and didn't even get the chance to order my drink with the combo and was served pretty rudely. I get that employees can be having a bad day but doesn't stand for the fact that the quality of the food was also poor.. treat your customers well and they will treat you better plus that's how you keep repeat customers... not very pleased with any of the service that has happened multiple occasions.
