Really bad experience everytime I go here. I work in the mall so I don’t have many options when I don’t bring a lunch to work. I get A&W sometimes and everytime I get my burger it’s big inside. Then the last time I went and they gave me a tray I told them I needed it to go and they gave me attitude saying I have to tell them that, yeah sure I probably should of mentioned it I forgot but the attitude was not cool and I’m pretty sure that’s their job to ask if it’s for here or to go. So don’t give me attitude and turn it around on me. The workers seem miserable and a lot of the time they are chatting in the back when they see me or someone waiting to order and don’t come out for a few minutes.

Standard fast food fare. The cashier was pleasant and the wait time for food was reasonable. All of the items seemed fresh enough and warm. I like that they have the calorie count for each item. The food court itself is kind of nondescript and seating groupings are a little too close together in my opinion. All in all a serviceable mall food court experience.

This fast food restaurant located in the food court in Semihamo mall. Has the standard burgers and fries. There is not a lot of people in the area, so the costumer service counter person doesn't seem to be as available as in the past. The lockdown changed a lot of business. The place is not the same. Maybe the moral and spirit of the team members will return sometime in the future.I do know that they are trying hard to make things happening for their business.

Make sure to check your receipt at this particular A&WOrdered Mozza burger combo. Menu shows 11.08.Got charged 11.38 on the receipt. Over charged by $0.20.I then applied my free" buddy burger coupon.the coupon only shows a value of $1.40 on the receipt while the burger cost me $2.19. over charged by $0.79Show the receipt to the cashier right away and was told have to come back the next day for a solution as there's no manager on duty.I took the bus here 1 hour from home so it’s not really an option.Messaged A&W on Facebook on Feb 27 and on Mar 7 I was told the restaurant emailed me so I spent 15 mins checking my inbox including my spam folder and no

Very quiet there, but they ignored me. Took another person first. This one in the mall at least, doesn't count on the staff to clean their washroom. Every A&W I have been in has the stinkiest filthy bathrooms ever.I did't bother waiting for them. Just walked away hungry

Surprisingly was ok , way better than the M one. Onions rings really good, fries good, hamburgers little dry but at least tasted like meat. Service friendly and efficient. It's fast food can't ask for more

Love A&W managed one many years ago. But I never sold cold burgers and fries like I received here. No repeat on this at the prices A&W thinks is fair.
