Very PUSHY salesperson (the asian lady),she completly changed her seemingly nice attitude once she realized I was just looking at the products and not buying that day.well you lost a customer because I would have wanted to become a regular customer.Not the best experience.

Thought I'd try a new honey store since I also needed honey for my children's cough. I asked the lady why the wildflower honey was white compared to the other wildflower honey in the back of the shelf, she told me it's because of the flower variations. I thought, neat, maybe I will give it a try. I bring it home and open it, it is NOT due to flower variations.... It's because the honey has solidified due to being old or in extreme temperatures. The honey is rock hard!! I felt so lied to.... If I didn't already opened it, I would've returned it! And now we're forced to use what probably is just old honey for our children because they are coughing and I dont have time to go buy honey. Very disappointed!!

The sales lady, Grace, was very pleasant and helpful in clarifying the details of Bee products.Initially, I was buying the pure royal jelly only but ended up also getting the anti-aging cream, ice honey, and bee soaps.She believes in what she sells which makes her successful in getting me to buy more
