I have really enjoyed my gift subscription to the Tea Club. My niece gave me a year long Sensei subscription and The Tea Club Team has been responsive to my requests. All the varieties have been fun to try and I especially like the Birthday Cake tea. I'm not much of a loose tea drinker but I was very excited to try these teas! I love the small portions available in case there's something I decide I don't really like. But so far I am very pleased! Bought a flamingo loose tea steeper and its adorable, I love it. My order took a little while to get here, but as it turns out, it was the package office at my apartment building's fault -insert eye roll here- The cool thing to me is i'm pretty sure this comes from an area near my hometown, so its nice to be supporting a business like this. I hope they bring in even more cool options to try!

Never received my first order, told to wait until a certain date, waited until said date, wrote them again explaining never received my tea, told at that time I could only get a PARTIAL REFUND if I sent back the tea( WHICH I NEVER RECEIVED) In unopened condition. Wrote a third time and was told had to wait a month from the day that I never received tea to ask for a refund. Funny site says over and over refunds can only be made within 30 days. It's been 3 weeks, no one will refund. Turned them into BBB what a bunch of SCAMMERS!!!!!

Pros: The tea products itself is very good. Quite exceptional. I got 3 x 50g tea bags of different flavors with 3 different samples, infuser and honey stick.Cons: The shipping times are very bad. They provide no tracking code despite charging 4.50 for expedited shipping" at the checkout."

Great way to try new teas each month! Total price with shipping to Canada is $7/month for 3 different teas (each tea can make about 2-3 cups); not bad to try fun, new flavours if you love trying new teas.

My boyfriend got me this tea subscription for my birthday, oh my god it’s the best thing I’ve ever had!They have great information about the tea, and I love that I know where it’s being made. I contacted customer service about ordering more and they responded so quickly and kindly!Can’t wait to continue my knowledge on tea with this company! Soooooooo happy

This subscription, if a little whimsical, is a lot of fun. I have very much enjoyed all of the blends i have received so far. Their Earl Grey has quickly become a morning staple for me. The shipping was very fast, even while orders from other companies are taking much longer. I do think the packaging could be done better. I found the brown paper bags a little uninspiring. However, I am very impressed with the customer service provided by this organization. Great response time and willing to work for their customers.

Not only the most affordable tea subscription, but one of the most delicious. Also, their customer service is beyond wonderful. I recommend them to all my tea lover friends. Now I recommend them to you!! Best flavors....Try cookies & cream, Niagra ice wine, rocky horror (smells like halloween even), lavender fields, okay I can go on and on...

Just received my first box and am loving it! I received it just ten days after placing my order.The Birthday Cake tea is especially fantastic. Looking forward to trying new flavors. Great value for the price!
